Serving size: 4
Ingredients:
half an onion
1 pound of beef
1 package of Canned Biscuits (I use the Pillsberry Grands)
4-8 slices of American cheeseStep 1: on a cutting board, cut up the onion half into small cubes, make sure there are no big pieces.
Step 2: have a medium sized skillet on the stove top, turn it onto medium heat. Scrap the onion off the cutting board and into the skillet.
Now we get things cooking!
Step 3: put the pound of beef into the skillet, cut it up into pieces as it cooks with a spatula/turner. Flip it all once the meat becomes cooked- don't forget to flip the onion with it!
Step 4: pour the ingredients out of the skillet and into a strainer, while the grease is pouring out preheat the oven at 350.
Step5: get a cookie sheet and get the can of biscuits out, get for pieces and evenly spread them out in a bigger flat circle, place them on the cookie sheet.
Step 6: evenly center the now drained meat and onions into the center of the dough circles, don't fill up too much! Now evenly put the cheese slices on top of the meat piles.
Step 7: Get 4 more of the dough pieces and, again, evenly spread it out in a circle. Make them a small bit bigger than the first ones. Once you've done that put it over each of the other circles. Close the sides where no ingredients can get out
Step 8: put the cookie sheet into the oven, let it cook for 19-25 minutes
Done!
