Tom's party was large, it was surprizing for how small the house was. Mary and Ashley went in and looked around, Mary spotted Tom and signalled Ash over to him. Tom looked up from the side of the table, he saw Mary... He then saw the one he wanted to talk to, Ash.
"Mary! You brought her, you actually brought her!!" Said Tom happily, he hugged her and then greeted Ash.
"Yeah I brought her! I never ever break a promise." Said Mary looking chill.
"Yeah, she has a promise with our brother Sans, she hasn't broke it yet..." Said Ash.
"Well I dont know about it, but its almost gift time!" Said Tom, he looked at Mary.
"Heh... Dont worry Tom, I brought it." Said Mary as she teleported her present into her hand from her car, it was a box from what Tom could tell.
"Sweet, put it over there! Then go have fun until its gift time." Said Tom pointing over to other presents and gifts people brought.
Mary and Ash did what was needed and went to have fun. After thirty minutes everyone began to gather in one area, Tom started opening presents and thanking each person until he got to Mary and Ash's present...
"Ok here we go you two." Said tom as he ripped open the box.
Tom went silent as he stared into the box, everyone waited for him to show what it was. Mary and Ash looked at each other in worry, Tom suddenly started crying... And laughing? Tom lifts up two things.... A pineapple wearing glasses and a bowling ball, they both have ribbons on them.
"Th- thank you..." Said Tom as he looked up at Mary and Ash.
"You're welcome Tom... It was... My idea..." Said Mary happily.
"I put the ribbons on them!" Said Ash.
Edd and Matt came up and looked at what made Tom happy, they both smiled seeing what it was. Tom put them back into the box and hugged Ash and Mary, it was the first time Edd and Matt saw his genuine smile in a long time.
Mary and Ash went home later that night, Mary was smiling at Ash... Who had a certain phone number in her hand as she added it to her contacts.
Mary felt like she had made a match that was meant to be as she drove Ash and herself home.
(Sorry its a bit shorter than how i normally do it, but i have good news! Next chapter is gonna be intense, im hype!!!!)
