Michael's POV

The decision to go forward with marrying Lisa Marie was not something I spent a lot of time on. It was one of those things were she was there and her divorce was final, so we thought why not. Dating in secret was difficult but thrilling. We never spent longer than a few days together before we got married. In hindsight that's where we went wrong. We knew only the exciting and fresh parts of each other. We both totally under estimated the baggage the other carried.

Lisa Marie had two great kids, Riley and Ben. It was great spending time with Mike Junior and my step kids at my new estate NeverLand. The family man atmosphere was addictive, and Lisa and I were a great team. Everything felt like it was on track but there was one problem; a big problem that threatened to ruin everything. That problem was Lisa's mother, Priscilla.

That old groupie, don't tell Lisa I called her that, was in my wife's ear everyday trying to mess things up. I don't know if she didn't like me because I am a black man or if she is jealous that her daughter married a man even more famous than her own. Who knows? Who cares? All I know is that one minute Lisa was on board with giving me another child and then she's talking about, "It's not the right time Michael." or "My mom thinks I need to think about my career now." It was all straight bullshit.

At one point my nurse, Debbie Rowe, told me she heard Priscilla telling Lisa that I just wanted her for her fame. Like serious?! I'm Michael Joseph Jackson, do I really need to be associated with the Elvis Presley name? Hell no!

I straight up told her one day, "I feel lied to. The biggest reason we got married is because we BOTH said we wanted more kids. I don't know why that for you, but that hasn't changed for me and it's not going to."

"Well, Michael I don't know what to tell because I'm not ready for more kids. I already have two. That's enough."

Two? Did she say had two kids? I had always, from the day we got married, referred to her children as my own. She used to do the same with Junior. That changing, really set me off.

"Two kids, thats all?! That's how you see it? Yours and Mine, not Ours?"

"I didn't mean it that way, and you know it." she rolled her eyes, acting like I was overreacting. "I'm sick of fighting with you about this. It's been two years, you can wait a few more." she went to leave the room.

"Debbie said if you wont have my child, she will, and she'll do it whenever I want." I spat. It was true. Debbie did tell me she would have my baby for me, but of course I wasn't going to take her offer. I was only telling Lisa to let her know that she didn't hold all the power here.

She stopped at the door, and looked at me like she was completely fed up. "Do what you need to do." she walked out the door.

As far as I was concerned, when she walked out the door she walked out my life.

I couldn't sweat it. Too much was going on at the time. A divorce from my first wife was tough, but it was nothing compared to my family drama. La Toya was basically being held hostage by one of the shady mob guys Joseph always did business with. Jermaine was in his feelings, making diss songs and stealing our little brother Randy's wife. Jackie got ran over by his wife after he got caught cheating...with Janet's friend and choreographer. So you know Janet was pissed. Plus every other day mother was calling me to reunite with my brothers, apparently they ran through all of their money again.
