This picture doesn't have a lot of context, so I guess I need to explain what's going on: basically, Breath of Gravity Dipper is being pranked by Breath of Gravity Gideon (whose visual design hasn't been decided on, which is part of the reason why I didn't put him in the drawing). BoG Gideon fills Revali's role, and therefore has his own version of Revali's Gale, which is what he's using to prank Dipper.
