It all started when I had to move from Chicago to LA because my dad got a new job as a music producent on Interscope record. I felt invisble because no one cared about my thoughts about the move. Before I knew about it I was in my new house in LA it was kinda big and pretty, my bedroom was pink and beautiful. But what I was really nervous about was my first day at a new School. I started to look for some clothes that made me fit in because I was always the "Weird Harriet" I just don't want to be the "weird Harriet" again I wanna feel normal for once.
(Next Day)
It was time to face my fear, I woke up put some pink shorts on with a little tank top on the color black. I walked down to the bus stop and waited for the hell bus to show up. And when it did I just walked in the bus praying to God to surviev this day. I sat at the backroad and locked out the window before I noticed a bag touching my leg. I looked up and saw a girl with brown hair and blue dip dye she was wearing hippie mixed punk clothes, I liked her style I always wanted to dress like that but never had the guts to do it. She looked at me and smiled.
"I'm Jocye, you most be new around here?"
"I'm Harriet, and Yea I'm kinda new moved down here during the weekend"
"I see, so do you like any special celebrities?"
"I kinda like Mindless Behavior..."
"I Love them, they are peforming at the mall today, will you like to go with me?"
"I would love too"
"Okay it's a date"
"Sounds like one" I said laughing
Before we knew about it we were in School and Jocye walked me to the office. She was a really friendly girl and I liked her already I think we would become some really good friends.
"You most be Harriet Brown we have been expecting you" a lady said
"Hey I'm Harriet and who are you?" I said confuced
"Harriet that's the Principal" Jocye said with a smirk on her face.
"I'm sorry Ma'm"
"It's okay, I see you met Jocye Smith already, and she will show you your first class History, have a good frist day Ms. Brown" The principal said and turned her back on us to walk away.
I followed Joyce to the History class and sat on the backroad with her when a boy with basketball clothes joined us. Jocye seemed to be friends with him, she hugged him and said "Harriet this is Tk my bestfriend."
I smiled and said "Nice to meet you" He did the same. And the lesson moved on.
(After School, At the Mall)
We were standing in a crowded mall with some screaming fans with stuff pained on their faces and posters. The boys ran on the stage and did a little dance before starting to sing "Mrs.Right" and after that they sang "Girls Talkin Bout" and when they got done they started to dance
RayRay: "So we have a surprise are you guys ready?"
Everyone started to scream and RayRay jumped on stage until everyone started to question his jumping.
Prodigy: "One of our Securitys will pick ut one girl in the corwed and she will come visit us backstage and be on stage with us during Valentine Girl and she can bring one friend backstage."
Roc Royal: "And it's getting better....Should I tell them Prince?"
Princeton: "We can't keep it as a secret or can we Ray?"
RayRay: "I don't know, They might get mad if we don't...What do you think Prod?"
Prodigy: "Let's tell them..will You Prince or I will?"
Princeton: "Did y'all see how annoying these boys are *laughs* but the biggest surprise for the girl and her friend is that they will be our lead girls on our up coming video"
Roc Royal: "Maybe even the lucky girl to date me"
RayRay: *laughs* "Security bring us a girl"
I was laughing at how silly the boys were when I felt someone touching my shoulder and heard Jocye screaming, I looked at her and gave her my "Wtf is going on look" I looked behind my back and saw a big man with a Yellow jacket who were looking at me. I got scared and saw that "Security" was written all over his jacket. I got shocked and started to scream.
"Are you coming Ms?" The big man said
"Yes I screamed"
The big man drag me out the crowed and on stage. The boys lead me to a share in the middle of the stage and started to sing and give me red roses and at the end of the song Prince gave me a kiss on the cheek. I started to blush and smile like an idiot. When the song ended the security showed me to their dressing room and he offered me drinks. I was waiting on the boys while I was looking around the dressing room wanting to touch everything but tried to not touch anything. The door started to open and I saw Jocye cry and running to me.
"Oh My God Harriet That was just amazing, and the way he kissed you. Girl let me tell you one thing, That boys likes you already I could see it on his blexican face."
"Stop lying Jocye, why would he like me" I said laughing
"Girl you have to be twisted...Haven't you seen yourself you're a pretty version of Meagan Good. Dammit girl."
I lauged at her and shaked my head. "Jocye stop screaming before the boys comes"
When I said that the boys steped in the dressing room and smiled before taking off their jackets.
Jocye: "Are you guys trying to kill me with your sexiness or what?"
Roc Royal: "Are you trying to make me horny with that coke shaped body?"
Me: "Are you guys kidding with me? you just met and already talking about sexual stuff?"
Princeton: "I agree with.... wait what's your name?"
Me: "Harriet"
Princeton: " Yea, I agree with Harriet, put down that sexual shit"
RayRay: "Prod have you seen my tacos I put in the fridge?"
Prodigy: "Maybe I ate it, Maybe I didn't"
RayRay:"I will kill you..."
RayRay and Prodigy was cashing after each others while me and Jocye were getting closer to Princeton and Roc Royal. They are some really friendly boys and I really started to fell for Prince the more he told about himself. He had a really hard childhood just like I did, I get his stories I mean I was bullied my whole lif
"Dammit Harriet it's over 8pm I need to get home before my dad or he will get mad" Jocye said grabbing her bag and running. I grabbed my bag and was about to run after her when Princeton said "Can I get your number?" I smiled at him and wrote it down fast on a paper and ran after Jocye. That nigga can run really fast, I met her at the bus stop talking on phone with someone I guess it was her dad cause she were beging of apolagie and she were screaming. During the bus ride no one of us talked until my phone started to ring....
