Leo the ultimate assassin

the target

Leo was kidnapped by the government to be trained to become the ultimate assassin. He is now 15 years old.

He was about to get a new target.

Man: have you seen the news?

Leo: I don't need to I just need to look at the moon.

Man: good he's your target.

Leo: where is he?

Man: he's going to be teaching at a highschool.

Leo: so an octopus cretacher that blew up more then half the moon is now going to be teaching highschool students?

Man: yes you'll be attending his class.

Leo: what?

Man: the principal has allowed it as long as you keep the fact that your an assassin a secret.

Leo: and are the other students in?

Man: they have the same goal as you to kill him.

Leo: so I'm in a classroom filled with newbies?

Man: you have one school year to kill him or he'll destroy the earth.

Leo: like you and the government give two shits about anyone! You'll probably have shelters to protect your selfs when the planet gets destroyed!

The man try to hit him but Leo grabs his arm.

Leo: nice try.

Man: they said your good.

Leo: is that so?

Man: they said that there's not a single person you can't kill.

Leo: but this guy is different.

Man: true but you have a talent.

Leo: talent?

Man: you're speed is almost superhuman.

Leo: its a gift.

Man: you'll be working together with the students.

Leo: no.

Man: what was that?

Leo: I refuse to work together with anyone I don't want anyone else to get killed like her.

Man: your still not over that?

Leo: how can I be?

Man: look like it or not you'll need there help to kill the target.

The man looks down at Leo.

Man: you should just get over it already!

Leo: you make it sound so easy.

Man: she was just a useless assassin.

This pissed Leo of bad

Leo: she was not a useless assassin she was my partner if it wasn't for her I would have died a long time a go!!!

The two of them stood there in silence.

Leo: is there anything else I should know?

Man: no that is all.

The man left the briefing room leaving Leo with his thoughts.

Leo: I wish she was still here.

Leo thinks back to the last happy moment he had with her.

Flashback

???: come on Leo were almost there.

Leo: hold on yuuki I'm not as fast as you.

Yuuki smiled at the boy climbing the tall hill with her.

Yuuki: its about to start!

Leo and yuuki sat on top of the hill looking at the meteor shower in the night sky.

Leo: wow.

Yuuki: its beautiful.

Leo: yeah.

Yuuki: I hope we can see more things like this.

Leo: I'm sure we will.

Yuuki: Leo do you ever regret killing a Target?

Leo looks at her confused.

Leo: not really its just something I'm used to. Why do you ask do you regret killing any of our targets?

Yuuki: no its just that they probably have family's that miss them when they die but for me and you we have no one that will ever miss us if we die. I mean who'll will care if I died? She asked with tears in her eyes.

Leo: I would.

Yuuki: huh?

Leo: I would care if you died.

Yuuki hugged him tightly.

Yuuki: thanks Leo.

Leo hugged her back softly.

Yuuki: we better get back to base to get some rest before our next job.

Leo: lead the way.

Yuuki: oh before we go.

Yuuki grabbed her Camera and put her arm around Leo's neck and rested her head on his shoulder as he put his arm around her waist.

Flash!

Present day.

Leo: I remember her puerperal heir and how she wore her red bandana on her head.

Leo went to his room and opened his draw and grabs yuuki bandana from inside.

Leo: yuuki I hope you're happy in heaven.

???: she's probably in hell!

Leo looks out his door and see's the man from the briefing standing there smiling.

Leo: care to repeat that!?

Man: she's probably in hell.

Leo disappears and reappears punching the man in his stomach.

???: that's enough you two.

Leo looks over to see karasuma.

Leo: hello karasuma.

Karasuma: you should get ready to go you start school tomorrow you'll be staying at a apartment on the other side of town close to the school your in class E.

Leo: fine by me.

After Leo packed his stuff and his new school uniform he went and grabbed yuuki's bandana and puts it on around his neck.

Leo: yuuki I hope I can do this alone without you.

Karasuma looks in Leo's room to see how he's doing.

Karasuma: aren't you going to wear it like she used to?

Leo: I can't do that with my hair so this will have to do.

Leo picked up his two bags and left for his new apartment.

When he got there he was surprised how big it was.

Leo: OK I wasn't expecting this.

Leo looked around his new apartment.

After he unpacked he found a envelop in the kitchen.

Leo: who is this from?

After opening it he saw the picture that he and yuuki took on the day of the meteor shower and a note.

Leo: who found this?

Leo read the note it was from karasuma saying he found yuuki's camera and found this picture and thought he'll surprise Leo with it.

Leo smiled.

Leo: thanks karasuma.
