Throughout the years the media have labeled Eminem as homophobic, misogynistic and hateful. While the media points at him to imply that he is the reason kids are so fucked up these days, he flips the blame around with one finger.
Also note that the word mediais inside the word immediately – some incredibly sick wordplay.
Also, notice the paradox: Telling someone "fuck you!" is, literally speaking, giving a fuck; but the mindstate Em refers to is not giving a fuck.
