Hades sighed looking exasperated, "Amoriyana please, would you try being civil even for once?"

She rolled her eyes, "Yes, yes. But I already hate her the moment I saw her. And sending me somewhere mom is? I don't like that plan." She complained.

My fingers twitched feeling annoyed with this girl. She acts too spoiled in my own opinion, I don't think I'll be able to stand her even for a second.

"Then isn't this a great opportunity for you to be able to have a conversation with her?" He tried to reason.

Amoriyana's face twisted into disgust, "Oh please father, the only reason I am still here because you allowed me to live. If it was up to her, she would have already thrown me away just like what she did with Hephaestus." She snorted.

I flinched at the way she spoke, it seems she doesn't get along with her mother that well. But I'm some way it made me feel a little sad because I know how it feels like to feel insecure about your mother loving you.

The face of the Lord of the dead showed so much sadness, "I don't think that's how your mother feels."

Amoriyana looked away, "well it doesn't matter anyway. I wouldn't be having any conversation with her in the near future." She muttered.

My uncle look so uncomfortable with the scene before him.

"Umm, is it alright to ask for an explanation?" Apollo asks with reluctance.

The daughter of Hades stared at him with cold calculating eyes, which made me frown. Does this girl even know how to smile?

"No you may not so Sun god. Do not ask of things you need not know of." She replied with full authority.

For the first time I saw Apollo look furious, "I suggest you watch your tone mortal." He growled, "You may be the daughter of my father's brother but I am of higher authority than you."

Amoriyana stared up at him with cold eyes, "I dare you to attack me in my father' s realm, but I assure you, you will lose. I have the advantage of being able to control death easier here."

"Enough."

All of us froze, it wasn't even loud. Yet the dominance in his voice made the two of them stop. Even Apollo looks too pale for a god who controls the sun. I almost felt pity, almost.

"Go now, before one of them take notice that something unusual is happening." He turns to face Amoriyana, "Please take care, that is all I ask of you."

Amoriyana's face softened at her father's words, "I will."

Watching them made me feel envious of their interaction and closeness. It is true that my father Hermes and I are close but the one that Hades and his daughter have can only be result of them being together all the time.

Something that I was never given privilege of.

My chest tightened at my own thoughts, I should be happy with what I currently have. Envy is something I shouldn't feel towards anyone especially when it comes to having parents. They're by my side, and that's more than enough.

Coughing slightly, "I think we should go now. We should try to reach the entrance of Olympus soon. It's better to try saving Gethros as early as we can."

Hades nodded in agreement, he gave a small smile towards his daughter. Amoriyana nodded before looking away, and that's when I noticed the pained look in her eyes.

"Apollo, bring them to him. My sister is currently waiting for the two of them to arrive. She said there is something that needs to be given to these girls."

The sun god nodded and told the two of us to follow him.

"So who are we meeting uncle?" I So curiously.

He glanced at me, "Gethros' mother, Hestia."

I gaped at him, we're meeting his mother?!

Without knowing why, I suddenly felt nervous. Meeting Lady Hestia is something I never expected to happen. From what I know, she's a gentle goddess. She wouldn't hate me...

Right?

Shaking these thoughts out of my head, I quietly followed Apollo to wherever he is bringing the two of us. Amoriyana hasn't spoken to any of us two, she just walks silently. I have no problem with that anyway.

"Hello aunty Hestia." Apollo suddenly spoke.

I looked up, only to see a beautiful goddess with auburn hair and brown eyes. She looked at each of us carefully as if to analyze whether we are all worthy.

"Apollo I am glad to see you. But unfortunately, my heart is still yearning for my child's safety. So do not expect any warmth to come from our interaction today." She speaks softly yet with a little bit harshness.

I can see Apollo swallow and nod. He's trying to smile and show courage but he's slowly failing at it. I don't know if I should laugh or cry at seeing my own uncle act so cowardly.

"Lady Hestia, thank you for meeting us." I speak up while kneeling.

I can feel her gaze at me and somehow my knees wants to buckle under the pressure.

"Yes, Artemis and Hermes' daughter." She states.

That made me flinched, of course she knows. It's something that I should have expected. But her tone made it seem awful for her to meet someone like me.

"Yes, I am indeed."

"How brave of you to show your face to me, with your mother's betrayal." She inquires.

Before I could say anything, Apollo intervened by saying that they were sent her by Hades.

Tucking her hair she nods, "Yes. Follow me you two. Apollo dear, I suggest you go back to Olympus now before your father gets suspicious of your absence. You know how your father's paranoia is."

The sun god chuckled nervously before smiling at me and then vanishing.

"Well, why don't you two walk with me before I bring you in. It is only right for me to get to know you since you are the one saving my son from my brother's greedy clutches am I right?" She smiles pleasantly.

There was nothing wrong about it, but it still sent shivers to my spine.
