Chapter 1

(Authors Note) Hello Reader. This us my First book so this may not be as good as you expect. Enjoy!

*Alpha's POV*

It has been 2 weeks ever since those humans drove me away from my home. One of them saw me and I ran as fast as I could. I lost him in an unknown part of this forest. I haven't been here before. This is new. There is a slight fog in this new territory. I need to find a place to hunker down. I need food. I haven't found any prey in this neck of the woods. No traces of anything. Nothing. But I must keep searching. I occasionally hear this static noise around me but it isn't there for long. It almost night time and I can't see anything at this time. I lay down next to this small, dark tree and sleep.

***Morning***

I suddenly wake up hearing multiple people screaming in the distance. Human screams. Then the screaming stops. I hear nothing. Except the static. I decide to get up and walk to the direction of where I heard the screaming come from.

I must I've walked for a few hours and I have found nothing. Nothing from the humans. I keep walking and found an abandoned building. Two floors. I decided to walk in. The screams had to have come from here. Right?

I search the first floor of this building. I found old clothes of humans but nothing that was recent. I see that there is a staircase. Stairs going up and down. There must be a basement. I make my way to the stairs and I see a blue light emit from the basement. I walk downstairs to go investigate. The blue light shines brighter from a room on the right. The door look blocked by fallen over lockers but window is broken. I jump through the window and fall on a piece of old glass. I yelped from the pain. The glass had gone through my front right paw. I sit down and try to lick it out but it doesn't seem to budge.

I look up and see a Blue crystal on top of the table. I get back up and try to jump on top of the table but it's too high. I see a chair behind the table so I make my way and jump on to the chair then the table. The Blue crystal glows brighter as I get closer. I sniff the crystal. I smell nothing. I get closer and then the Crystal explodes and blasts me into a wall and my vision goes dark. I passed out.
