1) First off, they are literally constantly flirting, all of the time. Seriously, all of the time.
2) All of season 1 was going in this direction anyway.
3) When Killian is being a jerk to Emma, who gives her the best advice? Answer: Regina.
4) When Snow first insinuated that something was going on with Regina and Robin, Emma looked really jealous for a moment there.
5) You just know Regina would throw a fireball at anyone that ever insults Emma that isn't her.
6) The fact that there is usually extreme sexual tension whenever those two are ever in the same room.
7) The fact that they are obviously endgame.
8) Almost any time they have a deep conversation, their faces are usually maybe three inches apart.
9) They are already best friends, the connection has been built, just get together already!
10) Neal and Robin shouldn't have died just so Regina should end up alone and Emma should end up with a dirty, misogynistic pirate! (*starts sobbing uncontrollably)
11) Emma sacrificed herself to the darkness so Regina would have a chance at a happy ending, if that's not love, then I don't know what is.
12) They make each other better as people.
