JAEDEN LIEBERHER was scared out of his mind. He had a huge crush on Carter Mason ever since he first watched The Flash and binged interviews of her all night. He finally got the gets to ask her to go out, but he didn't know how she interpreted it. As a date or just a hang out. Either way, Jaeden was scared.
He asked his mom what to wear, and she immediately started makinh fun of him; 'Jaedens in l-o-v-e!' 'Awh, it's your first date!' 'I hope Carter is my future daughter-in-law, she's a sweetie!'
Carter and Jaeden didn't have any scenes together today, since they're still only a few scenes into the movie, officially named Getaway Car.
His mom gave him advice to just wear a flannel, so he did. As he left to meet up with Mason, he realized he looked just like Bill Dembrough. Sigh.
As he was looking in the trailer lot for his gorgeous co star, and when he did a he felt his heart eyes popping out of his head. She looked beautiful. She always did, but usually she didn't try to care about her appearance before. Was something different this time?
"Jaeden! Are you ready?" The girl asks, smiling at him. Still in shock, he nods his head and smiles. Then, the two both began walking off set. They were really quiet at first, but the silence was broken by Carter's phone going off.

Carter showed Jaeden the text and they both forced laughter. The girl started typing back, but something in Jaeden was upset that they were laughing. Could Carter not picture them dating?
"I'm really glad we're kinda friends now." Jaeden says, making Carter smile.
"Me too," she says, not knowing how else to respond.
They were still silent and awkward until they got to the small diner. No one was there. Just the two teenagers. While they were waiting for their food at a table, Jaeden randomly asks, "Do you like the movie, Lemonade Mouth?"
Carter grinned from ear to ear, "That was my mother effin movie!"
"Same!" Jaeden smiles, excited he made his crush so happy.
The waitress brought all of the food to the table, and the two kids began actually talking more. "How did you and Finn become such good friends?" Jaeden asks, taking a bite of his cheeseburger.
"Well, we were in the same kindergarten class. We both sat in the same table on the first day. Took off from there," Carter explained.
"That's so cool. Two future famous people in the same kindergarten table. Witch craft!" Jaeden says, raising his eyebrows to make a point. "And not to make this awkward, but why did you hate me so much? Like yeah I'm a very annoying person but like, why did you hate me— sorry, dislike me— right from the get-go?"
Carter froze in her seat. "It's nothing. I just didn't trust many guys besides Finn and Caleb."
"What about your dad? And I know you have a brother. Because I looked at your Wikipedia page."
Carter didn't say anything, just shrugged off the question. "I think I'm done. Let's go back to the hotel."
Jaeden nods and pays the waitress. The two walk back with no word said between the two.
