-A few weeks later-

Angela woke up to the sound of shuffling in the room.

"Gabe is that you?" Angela rubbed her eyes slightly, looking at the time.

4:25 AM

"Yeah, sorry to wake you."

"What are you doing up so early?" she asked calmly.

"I-uhm. Er."

"What? What is it?" Angela sat up on the bed.

Angela could hear him put his pants on and fix his belt.

"Jack assigned me to a mission with the rest of the Blackwatch team."

"Oh. Where?"

Gabriel sighed, put his hoodie on and sat down next to Angela.

"King's Row..."

"What?! No! It's too dangerous!"

"Ange, calm down." He placed his hand on her shoulders.

"But you could be killed! King's Row is a war zone right now!"

"Ange, this is my job. I have to do this."

She stared into his eyes as worry covered her face.

"I'll be fine. I trained for this."

Angel nodded and hugged him tightly. She proceeded to get dressed as well. But then Angela had a feeling. Her stomach churned, violently. She felt sick and nauseous. She quickly pushed passed Gabriel and ran to the bathroom.

"Hey what's wrong?"

Gabriel was confused. He stepped up to the door. He could hear her throwing up.

"Angela are you okay?"

A few moments later, Angela came out from the bathroom.

"Yeah, I think so."

Angela and Gabriel walked hand in hand towards the entrance of the base. The rest of his team was waiting, as they approached. Angela walked over to Genji and pulled out a data chip.

"This will help you stay agile. You probably don't need it, but."

Angela walked behind him and installed it into his back.

"How thoughtful of you, Angela. Thank you."

He gave her a hug. A long, but comfortable hug.

"Anything for me?" Mccree came out from the other crowds of soldiers.

"Yes."

Angela took the cigar from his mouth and put it out on the floor.

"I have told you many times before that you shouldn't smoke. It's bad for your health."

Jesse pulled out another one and lit it, inhaling a big puff and exhaling it slowly.

"I have faith that you can patch me back up, doc."

Angela walked into the engineering room and stepped out again with a belt. It wasn't a regular belt. On the sides hung stun grenades and mini-EMPs.

"Here, in case you can't hit moving targets."

"I'm insulted, but thank you."

He tipped his hat.

Then came Gabriel.

"I'll be fine Ange."

"I know, but here."

Angela reached into her labcoat and pulled out a black beanie. She reached up and put it on his head. He leaned down and placed his forehead on hers.
