Thumb in a like and a comment, lovelies.
I was in the stands, awaiting for the third tournament to happen. A grin arose on my face as I caught sight of Molly and Arthur Weasley entering from the far end of the stadium.
"Your Mother and Father is here!"
I followed George and Fred down the descending stairs as we met Molly, Arthur and what seemed to be another Weasley boy. She embraced the twins, before hugging me. The twins hugged their father, before the both of them clasped their older brothers shoulders.
"You're here for Harry, I take it?" I questioned her with a smile.
She pulled her body away and sent me a sweet smile, "Yes, dear." She sent a loving glance towards her son and Husband. I beamed at Arthur and Bill.
"Ah, Flora. How have you been?" Arthur asked.
"Quite good," I replied. "You?"
"I've been well," he nodded. I looked over towards the Weasley boy.
"I'm Bill by the way," he introduced.
"Aurora."
Our hands met for a brief handshake. Dumbledore started to speak and the twins and I had to move back up to the stands. We situated ourselves back into our spots, whilst Molly, Arthur and Bill stood next to the parents of the other tributes.
"Earlier today Professor Moody placed the Tri-Wizards Cup deep within the maze. Only he knows its exact position. Now as Mr. Diggory-"
The crowd cheered at his name, and I clapped begrudgingly. Am I really just going to watch Cedric seek his death?
Dumbledore continued his speech, "-and Mr. Potter tied for first position they will be the first to enter the maze. Followed by Mr. Krum."
The Bulgarians crowd yelled in support, and I found Dimitrov pumping his gloved fist in the air. He's a funny one.
"The first person to touch the cup will be the winner. I've instructed the staff to patrol the perimeter, if at any point should a contestant wish to withdraw from the task he or she need only send up red sparks with their wands. Contestants, gather round."
Dumbledore stood down from his podium, huddling the contestants. My stomach lurched and butterflies swam as I watched the champions. I fiddled my fingers together, and I could feel Julian's eyes on me from the other side of the stands.
"Are you alright Rores?"
I gazed at George, and he could tell something was up.
"I-It's fine," I supplied weakly.
"Rory..." he pressed me silently with his light brown eyes, and I closed my eyes briefly.
Time for one of your elaborate lies, Rory. "I just feel like I messed up my exams yesterday... that's all."
George gave me an encouraging smile, shaking his head at the same time. "Rory. You're one of the most brightest witches I know. You don't need to worry."
I nodded my head, resting my head on his shoulder absentmindedly. I was pulled from my thoughts as Dumbledore counted up to three. Before Dumbledore could even say two, the canon went off. Filch comically shrugged, and Diggory and Potter went separate ways. The entrance closed on them, green leaves hiding them from everyone's sight.
My eyes narrowed in on 'Moody.' He seemed to know I was looking at him, and his eyes met mine. I daringly raised my eyebrow at him, and his tongue darted out of his mouth. Weirdo. I moved my eyes away from him, settling on the front of the twenty-foot maze.
