Magic is all around us, it is not something you can always see. It is in the air we breathe and touches the life of many. When we become adults magic is left behind, as something just for children. It is locked away, kept as memories and unfulfilled dreams. Just because we cannot see it or feel it anymore doesn't mean it is no longer there. It's not just something that can be left behind. Those who experience magic always remember it's existence. There are certain people in this world that only experience the magic and there are those who have it.
I was six when I first discovered magic, my magic. Sure I believed in it. It was in most stories and movies, every Disney movie flowing with magic. Real magic wasn't like it is in the movies, it isn't the same as a Disney movie with a fairy godmother granting your every wish. However they do have some truth since they are influenced by the magic around us that is indeed very much real. It can be dark and it can be light, I guess they got that part down. I could feel the energy of things and people around me and see the feelings and emotions of people in the forms of colour, their auras surrounding them in bursts of colour each unique. Some peoples colours were bright and full of feelings of joy and others were muddy and dark filled with feelings of sadness and despair. I was what you could call a Witch but don't jump to an automatic description created by the stories out there. I am not green and I don't wear pointy hats and fly around on broomsticks. However that sounds pretty amazing and way better than taking the bus quite honestly
