The Island Boy {On Hold}

Prologue

CHAPTER 1 : Amy's P.O.V

  Sunday morning , I woke up to the sound of birds chirping at my window. My first day in Green Island. A small island known for its evergreen trees. I had just arrived  with my aunt Jenna last night. We were the only ones staying in this big house which belonged to my family. This is like a family vacation house. Mom and Dad couldn't come this year due to business . I totally dropped the idea of going on a vacation after Mom and Dad's inability to come but my aunt Jenna agreed to take me and I couldn't say no to her face filled with excitement.

   I came downstairs and Jenna was already waiting for me with a surfboard. No one told me anything about surfing ?!!

"Good Morning,"she said. "Good Morning! Whats up?",I asked obviously knowing it.

"We're going surfing,"she said with a wide grin.

"Oh.. I love watching people surf,"I tried to sound excited but I wasn't.

I was never good at surfing. After finishing breakfast, Jenna and I headed outside. Unlike during the night , the island was filled with people and kids running about. Jenna had already ventured into the sea which left me all alone. I looked around and spotted a small bar and decided to grab a drink.Jenna was enjoying herself but I was bored and I finally ended up kicking the sand and ......Suddenly my eyes caught a boy who was standing alone by the shore. He was gorgeous with thick black hair. He looked different from all the boys I had seen before. But before I could look at him and try to memorize his features he disappeared somewhere in the middle of the crowd. Will I see him again? I wanted to .......
