"Run Camilla. They've found us!" I scream.
"Camilla and I sprint. I push her to go farther. She trips and falls. I grab her arm and urge her to stand. But she is not going fast enough, not for me.
"Hurry!" I yell.
I end up carrying her. We go a split second slower. Camilla scraped her knee on the pavement and is holding it, crying.
"SHUT UP!" I scream.
She stops crying. I turn right and left. Then I find a bush. We both crawl in the bush and hide. We are dead silent. Dead. That is what we while be when Hit . . . No, don't think about him. I hear footsteps. They look for us. I hold my breath as a pair of boots stops at our bush. Camilla looks at me, her fear evident. My heart beats faster as Camilla grabs my hand. I squeeze her hand and close my eyes as I hear a gunshot.
