Trevor and Nicole hopped in Jack's beat up, rusted truck and set off to their date destination.
"please tell me where we're going?!" Nicole begged Trevor for the hundredth time.
"I said you'll find out when we get there. it's a surprise" Trevor responded.
After a few more songs, consisting of; Cold Coffee- Ed Sheeran, Backseat Serenade- All time Low, and Paralyzed- Finger Eleven playing over the radio, we finally arrived at our destination. It was a quaint cafe on the shore, the beach made mostly of rock. The cafe was rustic and nautical themed, titled Shoreline Appetite.
The interior was lovely and the seating was arranged as booths down the two long sides with wondows and a middle row. The rest of the seating was made up of wooden tables and chairs.
We were lead to a booth at the back after a young waitress who looked to be maybe 17 seated us in a corner booth near the back with more privacey than the others, with a great scenic view of the sea. She jaded is our menus and took her leave.
"So have you been here before?" I asked Trevor.
"Once as a kid. We normally didn't have the time or money to eat out properly though so we'd just get an ice cream from the shop down the road." Trevor said.
"I really like it here, it's really sweet." I complemented.
"I'm glad I hope you're just as impressed with the food as you are the decor." He said.
We ordered our dinners and chatted while waiting for our food.
The food was delicious and so was there flamboyant flan dessert. We left after Trevor played and left a tip for the waitress.
Once we left we went down to the beach and talked for hours. Soon starting a game of 20 questions.
