Periods:

- Always clean your "area" several times a day or when you feel you need to,with wipes and preferably water.

-When disposing your pad or tampon always fold it in its wrapper or in tissue paper and tie it in a small nappy bag or plastic bag.

- wear dark coloured jeans or leggings and black or dark coloured underwear.NEVER EVER wear white bottoms.

-where to buy toiletries:

Nappy bags -asda,tesco or your local big supermarket (walmart).

pads or tampons - asda,tesco or you local big supermarket (walmart).

Cleanliness for your body and face:

- In the morning always wash your face with warm water three times and tap your face dry with a towel.

girls...try not to scrub your faces with the towels as you tend to trigger your sensitive skin fibres.washing your face everyday wil reduce the amounts of spots and zits you get.

- apply some smooth perfume free lotion or cream delicately on your face and when applying cream underneath your eyes use your ring finger to sofly put the cream on.For people with oily skin...do not smother your face with cream as it makes it more oily but instead put about four drops or lotion on your face.

- then put some soft flavoured or non-flavoured lip balm on and apply vaseline for some shiny gloss and moisture.

- after a soothing hot shower apply cream everywhere including your inner thighs and also behind your knees.

Hair:

- when in the shower and putting the shampoo in your hair....do not severely scrub your hair or massage it into a bunch as it will create lots of knots in your hair.Especially girls with really thick hair.instead slowly and gently massage your hair whilst running your fingers through your hair getting rid of the knots and getting shampoo everywhere.

- For girls with thick hair...you should condition your hair whenever you wash it as it will smoothen it out and make it a bit softer and slightly lighter on your head.Girls with softer silkier hair, condition your hair every second time you wash your hair.

The hair gels i advise are:

•aussie shampoo (depends on your hair)

•aussie conditioner (depends on your hair)

•aussie light conditioning spray

- those who want their hair to grow nicely and be healthier try and avoid from using artificial non beneficial hair products,e.g artificial hair dye,lots of hairspray,non stop everyday heat like curling irons hair straighteners, crimpers.

- Brush your hair every morning and night so you can take the knots out and have smooth hair.taking your knots out regularly makes it easier for you as your knots dont build up in your hair

Fashion:

- Always match accesories and clothes together.

- Never have too much of everything.e,g top trousers and accesories striped or everything white.

- Put some colour into it depending on the outfits

•when all clothing is white or black add colour.

• if the outfits colourful dont add extra colourful jewelry and stuff.

• Make sure that the jewelry goes.

Being cute and healthy:

- eat atleast 3 fruits a day or more

- for you takeaway lovers to eat takeout food once every two or three weeks.

- Excersice three times a week

*swimming

*karate

*rugby

*running

*fun sport games

*football

- eat less oily foods or cook with slightly less oil.

- eat moderate amounts of everything....even small amounts of fat and sugar
