I am an ehullient little moppet until that nadir and egregious day came to take my father's life. Inenarrable sorrow came striking in my vains. I was in great pain that I didn't wanna go to his funeral, but my mom forced me anyway. My heart sunk as I saw his coffin right in front of me. I knew he was forever gone and I couldn't do anything about it. I was lugubrious so I ran away and locked myself in my room. I couldnt help but ululate. I would take any ease just to escape this feeling. Suddenly, I heard a knock on my door. It was mother. As a mother that she is, she picked me up and commiserated me. Mother had to go back to the funeral so I was home alone. That night, I couldn't sleep. Memories starts to play whenever I close my eyes. So, I got up and went out. I live by the beach so I would be either strolling around or on my boat sailing the ocean. Whenever I'm crestfallen or I just simply want to watch the moon and stars, I'd be on my boat. So, that night, I was on my boat watching the ease skies. Against the world. I was still on a slight aquiver due to my father's death. I layed my head under the moonlight watching the stars and listening to the whispers of the ocean. I wasn't aware that I had fallen asleep and I woke up to the sight of uncanny and unorthodox locality. There were gleaming spots everywhere. There was billions of them and the ambience smelled like siared steak, hot metal, and welding feums. Soon I realized they were stars and I am in space. It was like a dream! I saunter planet to another. The other planet looked strangely weird, which caught my eyes. I flew laggardly until I reached my destination. It was breath taking. It brought me an ethereal feeling. To my surprise, I saw my father. I was speechless. I immediately went towards him but something stopped me. There was this force isolating me from him, but he spoke to me. "Carry on son. I love you and I'll be there with you." he smiled and faded away. My agony slightly pacified. His face was ubiquitous. I closed my eyes and trusted him. As I fall slowly in the galaxy holding my heart. Surrounded by the stars singing me lullabies as I reach the end. I fell onto an ocean floating. Shedding a tear as I said my goodbyes. I opened my eyes and woke up on my boat. The sun was rising so I sailed back and ran back home with a gratified heart. I saw mother sleeping on the couch. She must've fallen asleep while waiting for me. I sidled towards her as she opens her eyes. I told her everything that had happened and tears came running down her face as she hugs me tightly saying "I love you."
