I want to be more active. I want to lose weight. Why do I find it so hard to accomplish these things? is it that I don't have time or is it that I'm to damn lazy and waste my time? I think that it's a lack of motivation and effort. Biking 4km a day is easy, right? It only takes half an hour. So, why don't I do it? I think my goal from here on out is to run or bike 4km a minimum of five times a week. I shall write down everytime I go, on paper, to track my goal.

I will accomplish this goal.

I will succeed.
