inuyasha: kikyo's spirit and inuyasha's love

love for inuyasha and Kagome's confession

Inuyasha's pov

I took one last look at kikyo before looking back at kirara, she was gone and everyone else.
"Huh where did they go" I said as I start leaping   through the forest and sniffed for Kagome's scent.

Luckily I saw. Kirara sitting next to sango who was petting her, kagome was in her sleeping  bag pretending to be asleep but was actually crying quietly with the image of me and kikyo's kiss.

"Hey kagome you awake"  said but she didn't respond,
"Inuyasha sit down...." Miroku said with his eyes closed and arms crossed.

"What?" I said sitting next to him, " wanna know why we left?" He said.
I nodded and his calm pose turns angry with his finger pointing at me, "kagome saw you kiss kikyo!" Miroku yelled at me.

"She.. I-" I said unsure what to say, "you what inuyasha miss the woman you loved fifty years ago!" Miroku said.

"Woah calm down miroku!" Sango says grabbing his arm pulling him close gently and cuddles him.
Miroku calms down and his closes his eyes.

"Miroku is right though.." Sango says, "yeah choose inuyasha" shippo agreed.
I just stared at kagome and then I jumped in the tree,
I layed down thinking as I close my eyes thinking of a memory from fifty years ago.

==========*flashback*=========
I fell in love with kikyo as me and her sat on a grassy area.
"Inuyasha, it is possible to turn you full human with sacred jewel" she said to me.

"What happens to you?" I ask kikyo and she closes her eyes for a moment and holds holds the jewel in her hand.

"I'm responsible to guard the sacred jewel as the priestess of the village" she said before looking at me.
On the next day as i came to the tree where we talked I saw kikyo wasn't here,
But then suddenly kikyo appeared with her bow and arrows.

Kikyo readied her bow and then shoots an arrow with a purple aura and I get pinned to the tree.
With my last breathe "k- kikyo how could you" I said as my body became motionless.

Kikyo wasn't really kikyo it was..
==========flashback end=================

"Naraku!" I woke up screaming and sango and miroku wake up as well as kagome.
"Inuyasha...?" Kagome said tiredly,  "what's the big idea" shippo said with a annoyance.

"Yawn...., your thinking aboutabout kikyo... " miroku said and sango agreed with a nod.
"I was well the past" I said and kagome looked at me, "listen inuyasha Naraku tricked you both, kikyo just doesn't want to believe it" kagome said.

"I need to find her she could be in trouble" I jumped down from the tree and kagome got up from her sleeping bag.
"But its too early to travel" miroku said stretching grabbing his staff and pulling himself up,
Sango got up and stood close to miroku Still feeling tired, "maybe you should stay and rest more" kagome says to the Sleepyheads.

"No we will be fine" miroku said walking to kagome with sango,
Kagome picked the sleepy fox demon up (shippo) and watched as kirara got bigger.

Sango and miroku got on kirara and kagome put shippo on her back with the help of sango.
Kagome put her sleeping back in her big back pack and zipped it up, the campfire was extinguished and kagome got on kirara with Inuyasha.

Inuyasha sat next to kagome on kirara back looking down for signs of kikiyo but none yet.
"Inuyasha, do you love kikyo?" Kagome said, "I did fifty years ago but now I.... I don't know" he said "she isn't the kikiyo I knew" I looked away feeling confused.

"When I was kissing her I felt a force drawing me in, like she was controlling me" I added,
"Maybe its cause of Naraku..." Miroku said and looked at me, "yeah probably" I said.

"Uh inuyasha we have company" sango said in shock seeing a crowd of demons come in.
"Its definitely Naraku, he's close" inuyasha said standing up with kagome,
Sango puts her mask on, "hiraikotsu!" The weapon hits half of the demons and they tear in half.

I pulled my blade out, "wind scar" the tessaiga blasted the demons all teeing up.
We start seeing a dark castle down below.

"Inuyasha"  kagome asked "I love you" she continued and inuyasha looks in her eyes when he was about to kiss her, but he still had feelings for kikyo yet also shy cause of the others.
