" Keep yo head up, 2 more years until we'll be able to see each other again.....Wait it out" She told me.
I shook my head as a tear rolled down my cheek. These past 2 months been killing me. I felt like I had nobody to talk to. Parents died when I was only 3 years old, My brother always use to tell me about how it all happened.
Supposedly I was in the car with them while they were killed by the semi truck. The truck crashed into them and ran them off the road.
After our parents died, My brother got a apartment on the southside of Chicago. However, he was no longer alive anymore. After the party that he attended on Thursday, June 25th 2016. He was killed and it was ruled as a homicide which was kind of messed up.
He was the one that took care of me, you know? He basically raised me.
You had to be strong to live in Chicago though, cause it seemed as if they always targeted people that mean the most to you.
Sad but true.
Now I was in the small room of my auntie's Baton Rouge home, Bawling my eyes out on the phone with my bestfriend.
