"WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE'S ALIVE?!"

The boy didn't react to his boss' harsh words, and instead held his gaze, "He got help." He stated simply, his voice void of emotion, "Two male, one human, other wanderer."

"Your job was to kill that piece of sh*t." Ake snarled, the boy just blinked at him, he couldn't bring himself to care, even as his body was thrown into the plaster behind them.

"I know."

"Then why is he still breathing?" Ake shouted, driving his feet in the weaker male's body, "You had a simple job, and yet, you have the nerve to ignore it, and come back with nothing!"

The boy just laid there, allowing Ake to whatever he pleased, he grew immune to the pain years ago. He had been in this position many times in the past, and he was sure that this wouldn't be the last.

He waited for Ake to grow tired, then pushed himself to his feet once more, any sign that he was in pain hiding from the view of the world, "He had help. The wanderer suspects."

"Then take him out too for god's sake! I don't care how many people you have to kill, just complete your f*cking mission!"

The boy almost shook his head at his boss' ignorance, but kept his expression blank. "Can not." He said, "Wanderer die, unable."

"I DON'T CARE!" Ake bellowed, spit flying all over the boy's face, "You have your orders, now carry them out!"

"Yes master." He replied automatically, not bothering to wipe of the liquid.

Ake hardened immediately at his words, why, the boy wasn't sure. He was forced to call everyone here master, after all these years he thought they would be over the thrill of it, but he guesses not.

At one time, the boy might have been terrified at the sadistic look in Ake's eyes, but he felt no fear. He hadn't in years. Nothing anyone did to him here faze him. He accepted years ago that that this was his life, no one was going to come save him.

He used to hold out hope that someone would come, anyone. Hope was all he ever had. He prayed day after day, that his mother, or father would burst in and save him from his harsh reality, but no one ever did.

He was 16 when he let go of his hope. The man in charge of the operation at the time, Xander, lost someone important, and he targeted all his anger on him.

By this point, the young man was no stranger to pain, but what Xander did to him then, put Travis' and Savannah's torturing methods to shame. It took Xander days to calm down, and by the time he was done, the boy had shut out any and all emotions.

Since then, he had been nothing more than a slave to everyone here. He never fought what they made him do, he was completely broken.

So, the boy didn't move a muscle as Ake stalked towards. He didn't so much as flinch when Ake ran his dirty hands up and down his naked body.

"Mmm, your back is soft. Too soft." Ake stated, a sadistic gleam in his voice "Don't you think, pet?"

The boy kept his lifeless green eyes ahead as he nodded, "Yes, Master."

"Tell me, should someone as worthless as you be rewards with such smooth skin?" Ake asked, yanking the boy's head back.

"No, Master" The boy responded like clockwork.

"On your knees, slave." Ake roughly shoved the boy to the ground, before yanking his hands behind his back. "You are not to move." He ordered, before walking over to his desk.
