I got out of bed and got ready for school. I grabbed all my school stuff and ran out of the door before my mom could ask me any questions. I needed to be alone--except I wouldn't mind talking to my best friend Sarah right now.
I ran all the way to her house. As I arrived at her house, she was coming out, on her way to school. She saw me on the way down her front steps. She ran to join me on the sidewalk, and we started to walk to school. On the way to school, I told her about the dream that I had had.
She said, "That's awful, but we have worse things to worry about."
She pointed straight ahead, and sure enough, I saw what I really didn't need to see right at that moment. I saw the biggest bullies in the school heading straight for me. As they walked by us, a bully named Jerry pushed me to the ground and laughed.
I told Sarah, "I don't understand why they can see me and no one else can. I am not actually invisible, people just don't notice me."
Sarah said, "Its ok. I know all you want is to be noticed, and we can work on it. I promise."
After that, we both ran into the school so we wouldn't be late for homeroom.
