Leah's POV

This weekend was fun. I hung out with my little bro, Colby. He's 14 so he is always busy with gaming and skateboarding with his friends so we don't really hang out and it was good to hang out with him and know whats going on in his life. To be honest he is a really good listener. I told him about everything at school and everything that was just bugging me. He surprisingly gave me some good advice.

"You remember Sophie, right?"I asked Colby.

"Ya, how could I not. She's your best friend"

"Ok, well do remember Jason?"

"Ya, he's the douchebag boyfriend who cheats on her all the time and even though he's terrible they still get back together a lot"

"Wow! have you been eavesdropping on all my conversations?" I said Laughing.

"Maybe, its fun"

"Ok, well they got back together again, and I keep telling her not to get back together with him but she won't listen"

"well, what happened before they got together? How did they break up?"

"He had sex with Miranda"

"Ohhh shit. Sophie hasn't even had sex yet"

"Ya, she's a virgin"

"Oh wow, I feel sorry for her"

"Ya, me too. I am trying to tell her that Jason is bad for her, but she won't listen to me"

"Well hopefully she will realize how much of a dick he is"

At school when I saw Sophie we started to talk about our weekends. I told her about how me and Colby hung out and talked, she talked about how she hung out with her siblings... and her little face time with Jason which I didn't really give a fuck about.

I get how you're supposed to be a supportive friend to your best friends boyfriend... but Jason, fuck that. I wouldn't even give a single fuck if he died, and ya I know that is harsh but he has hurt my best friend way too many times.

It's really mean to say this about your best friend, but she's a real idiot if she never see's what he is doing to her. she needs to date a new guy.

She needs a nice boyfriend who would never play with her heart and that would do anything for her, like jump in front of a car because I sure do know that Jason wouldn't. He cares about his hair too much.

All of a sudden a guys went up to Sophie and grabbed her.

"JASON!!!" She yelled laughing.

"Hey, I'm gonna go talk to James ok? See you later, love you," I said letting them be. I went over to my boyfriend James.

James is the sweetest boyfriend to me. He always takes me on romantic dates. Sometimes he takes me on adventurous dates like to the beach or on hikes and to adventure parks or he sometimes takes me on really romantic dates at fancy restaurants. He's just the best.

"Hey Babe," I said going up to James hugging him

"Hey, Cutie pie! Hows your morning so far?"

"I'm ok I guess"

"Aww why what's on your mind?"

"Did you hear about Sophie and Jason? I don't know why but it always upsets me when they get back together because I know what will come of it"

"Oh I'm sorry baby, trust me I feel the same way about the two"

"Yea," I said looking down, shuffling my feet.

*Bell rings*

"K bye cutie pie, love you," James said giving me a little kiss on the cheek.

"Bye, love you too"

I walked to my first class which was sadly PE.

*Lunchtime*

Sophie came walking over to me to sit down.

"Hey, dork!" She said.

"Hey, dorky dork!" I said back.

"Sorry about this morning when Jason interrupted"

"Its fine" I sighed.

"Whats wrong?"

"Nothing," I said looking away.

"Leah, I know there's something wrong, what is it"

"OK, fine. It's just about you and Jason"

"What about us?"

"It's just that I don't want you to be hurt by him anymore"

"And what makes you think we are going to break up this time?"

"I mean he just has this bad pattern about himself that I don't like and that I don't think you understand his pattern, he just hurts you so bad and I'm always left to pick up the piece and I'm kinda tired of it. In my opinion, I think you should maybe start liking boys other than him? I hope you know what I mean 'him' right?"

I could tell that what I said hurt her feelings but she needs to hear it eventually and I don't want to lie about it anymore.

"Your right... all of that is right and I don't even realize what happens when I go through it I guess, I have just been too afraid to leave him for good ya know?"

All of the sudden I see a boy walk over to us, it's just Grayson Dolan.

Did he just hear what we were just saying though? Because I would rather not have people know what I said.

Wait...what if Grayson is the one that Sophie needs instead of Jason. I mean he is cute, smart, nice and has a good personality, did I not mention he was cute too.

Well, I don't know but maybe he is the thing Sophie needs in her life?

Hey guys... I haven't posted in a really long time but I've been really busy plus I've been having major writer's block for this story and lots of others. It's been like4 months since I last posted and I'm so sorry.  Anyway I hope y'all enjoyed this one after a while, this isn't as long as usual but it's still long for not knowing what you wanna write about. I really don't know when the next chapter is going to come out but I'll work my best to start being more consistent with my stories.
