Hello friends!! Hope you enjoy this chapter and I hope you are still reading. I know updates are slow, as well as rare, but I really hope that I will be able to start getting an actual schedule for updating my stories. But, anyways, I hope you enjoy!

I woke up in a dark room. My vision was heavily blurred as I took in my surroundings. I had been hog tied and I am laying on a darker grey patch of cement. My now dead and bloodshot eyes lay on a man, staring down at me from a throne-like chair. I moved my neck so I could see the male figure. But, all I saw was a shadow once more. He eyed me down like he had captured his prey and was admiring it.

A rough and deeply toned cackle broke the ominous silence. I watched as he slowly got up from his wooden throne, walking over to me. He stopped right before his feet touched the discolored patch of cement. Those deathly eyes were the brightest things in his still shadowy face. I had only made out his eyes and his large grin in the darkness of the room.

"Oh! So he has finally arisen from his slumber. A little boy out on the streets and somehow, I find out that he almost killed three of my men? How ridiculous!!! I hope you are proud of yourself, honestly, because I am only one warning away from sending you to the boss of this gang per say."The man cackled one more, and yet he still never lets his eyes leave mine.

Letting out a quiet breath, I watched as the warmth of my breath had floated upwards, perplexing the intrigued male. "I find it extraordinary that you have such wonderful grammar, but I am sure that is only because of the insanity you have gone through." I spoke, a soft smile beginning to grow on my still sickly pale face.

His eyes bolted over to my face and his grin grew in size - which I had no clue he could do without breaking the skin on his cheeks. Whist he had been staring at me, he nodded, as if agreeing that he had been through hell and back.

"Please, tell me your name, sir." I spoke in a calm matter, for this situation was very easy to handle. The man dropped to his knees, letting the small hint of light in the room show his ghastly face.

Tilting my head to the side, my eyes caught a glimpse of a steel door, suddenly the door began shaking as a frightened yell came from the other side. Sighing, this man -whom I presume is second in command in the "gang" as he calls it- waltzed over to the door. Literally waltzing, using all of the correct steps as he counted his steps.

"What do you want?! I'm trying to interrogate this son of a bitch!" he screams as he opens the door only to quickly shut his mouth. He then stepped aside and let an unknown figure step into the room. At that moment, my mind suddenly turned from dull to extremely perplexed.

"Antonio?" I spoke, my tone clearly showing that I was no threat as I tried my best to not look hostile. Then I saw as he continued stepping towards me a smile began to show itself and he began removing his hat, walking quickly towards me.

"Quincey! It's been so long! How are you? How did you end up here?" he asked with his thick Italian accent.

This was  a friend of mine back when I was in middle school, he owned a pizza shop. I had always gone there and he beat up the kids that beat me up if they came into the shop. He was about 31 when I was 12 and in 8th grade. He would always help me out and was my absolute best friend when I went to school near here. After a while, he had to leave and he had finally told me that he was in a gang, after telling me this he said that he was also the leader.

"Holy shit, Antonio! This is your gang!? The kids here are fucking idiots! Untie me so I can give you a hug!" I ordered him, a smile on my face.

After untying me, I gave him a huge hug, a giddy smile appearing on my face as I squeezed my best friend. He had then broken the hug once he realized that my grip began to tighten as I began hyperventilating. It pained me to say this, but I do in fact rely on my pills a bit too much, and when I do not have them, I begin getting terrible symptoms from the pills.

"Shit Quincey, where are your pills? Why the fuck don't you have them on you?!" he asked, frightened.

"M-My fr-friends have the-th- wheeze - them. They- They're search-wheeze- ing for m-wheeze-e. A gr-wheeze- oup of rich k-k-wheeze-ids." I spoke, grumbling after being that I was annoyed by the constant wheezing. Dim lights around me began looming towards me, smiling their malicious smiles.

Antonio yelled for his men to find a group of teens that were searching for me and tried he best to hold me down. I began thrashing, watching as the monstrosities began coming closer. Antonia continued yelling as he pinned me down. Tears fell from my eyes as I had thrashed, but then fear took over.

I kicked Antonio, pushing him off of me as I bolted for the door only for it to be blocked by other guards. The shadows continued coming towards me as I tried to run. Then it happened. The fear and the lack of medication began kicking in as my mind ran away from me. Tears fell from my face as my whole body shook. I looked up, my eyes bright with an insane fear as I whipped my head upwards, a large grin spread across my face.

My fist collided with the two guards as I punched the two of them with one hook. I pushed my ways through, bolting up the stairs only to find myself lost in a maze of gang members and long halls. The old abandoned building was my home for a few months, which gave me more of a rout towards home.

"Home..." I whispered to myself, cackling. What HOME? The place where my brother has parties? The place where I am raped? Where I have almost died? Where I am beaten? Where I never smiled? Where my insanity stemmed? Welp, I guess there's no going back now.

I took a deep breath before bolting away from the building, my legs going as fast as they could as I took leaps instead of using my normal running pace. Antonio had yelled for me, pointing for the other gang members to try and catch me, but I had already gotten far enough away that they would have trouble catching me.

I continued running until my legs gave out from underneath me. Heaving, my chest rose and fell in a quick pace as I stared at the shadows looming over me. Tears began streaking down my face as I clawed at my hair and arms. Soon enough, I had broken through the skin on my arms and pulled out a small amount of thick hair. I only continued to claw at my arms, not caring for the consequences.
