Prologue

An hour ago we watched how the snow white coffin disappeared into the ground. Now my brother and I were ... hand in hand and with a tearful face at her grave. I placed a bunch of fifty red Roses down and my brother did the same.

She was no longer. The love of my life ... of our lives.

The first time we saw her we knew it directly. She was the one. With her we wanted grow old. she illuminated our paths, even on our darkest days. If nothing and no one could let us laugh she got a smile on our faces. O god we loved her so much ... But now she's gone ...Taken away from us...She had fought a brave fight but in the end she came time too short. Always you run out of time. If you think about it carefully time will be your biggest enemy. We knew of her illness only not what her illness was. Now we will never figure it out.

Snow whirled gently down and landed on the ground. Harder and harder it started to snow. Snowing and snowing until the whole ground was covered with a white layer. We didn't really care...

We stood there at the grave of our great beloved. It was not fair. She wanted so badly to life, rather than anything. I thought back to how sweet and beautiful she was. Silver blond hair, big blue eyes, snow white skin and red lips. All that was now lost ... buried under the ground. I looked at the still air where snow whirled out. And a sad smile appeared on my face. How fitting ... snow. I saw my brother staring the grave stone and had to look to.
