Chapter 1

Quira's POV

This school's uniform is so weird. I looked at the mirror and I feel naked wearing this above the knee skirt and a blouse.

I went downstairs and took my bag to leave.

"Hey Hon, you look good with your new uniform",my mom said.

"Seriously Mom, I'm leaving",I said and went out of the house.

Ughhh!!!!,I don't like it here. I'm in Manila with my Mother and little sister. I never wanted to be here. Was it my fault that I got kicked out because of protecting my boyfriend from girls?!, OBVIOUSLY NO!

And atleast we left Canada, I don't want to remember what happened.

Then suddenly I felt someone walking behind me so I turned around and saw a guy walking at the same directions I was going, every turn I would take he would follow. Is this guy a teennapper?

What the hell? Is that even a word???

So when I went inside the train he also followed okay this is getting creepy.

So when I saw my new school I decided to confront him.

"Are you following?",I asked irritately.

"What?",he asked.

"You know what I mean, you've been following me everywhere are you some kind of teennapper?",I asked.

Okay that's the last time I'm going to say teennapper.

"What?!, OBVIOUSLY NO, I go to this school",he said and took his I.D. from his pockets and wore it.

Shuuuuccccckkkkkssss!, ang assumera ko talaga.

And after our embarassing conversation he left me standing there while he entered the school's campus.

I saw girls fighting to get to him and stuff, you know.

So I decided to just ignore them and entered the school. I saw this huge campus, it was wonderful, the tuition here must be very expensive and yes, my family isn't rich, that's why my mother change jobs, but how could my mother afford this kind of school???

Was my mother stealing other people's money? Of course NOT!

So I decided to find my locker and yes I know where my locker is, I visited the school yesterday, like duhhh.

So when I found it, I saw Awkward (the guy kanina) opening his locker next to mine. This is going to be awkward.

So I decided to just walk to my locker like nothing happened.

"So about earlier I'm sorry I left you standing alone",he said looking at me.

"No I'm sorry I accused you of something you didn't do and I'm sorry",I said about to turn away.

"Hunter Ace Cheng"

"Shaquira May Garcia"

"Nice to meet you, see you when I see you",he said and left.

Like whatevsss, no matter how handsome he is I know he still can't replace HIM.

Duuhhhh get over him Quira he left you and he isn't coming back.

I just went to my classroom and saw a vacant seat at the very back.

So I walked to the seat and sat there quietly.

Suddenly a boy stood at the front of me.

"Hey Beautiful. Frost Moore",he said and gave me a hand to shake.

"Hi",I just said and took his hand to shake it but then suddenly Hunter punched him.

I was shocked seeing Frost punched, he was now on the floor holding his jaw.

"What is wrong with you man?!"

"Don't touch her, cause if you do you'll get more than just a punch",Hunter said and then left the room.

I stood up and helped Frost up.

"I'm sorry",I said.

"No it's okay",he said and sat beside me.

"You must be new?",he asked.

"Yeah, just moved here, you know the Saint Carlisson's subdivision",I said.

"Saint Carlisson? Me and my family live in that subdivision too",he said

"Which house?"

"The second biggest there",he said.

"You must be rich",I said.

"I don't know, but I guess I'm in the middle",he said.

Frost was kind, he was also handsome.

Time passed by and it was time to go home while I was at the gate I saw a coffee shop and went there.

When I entered the shop it had these beautiful lightings, cute cakes, interesting designs, like my mom made it for me, but how could she, we weren't rich.

I just went to the counter to buy cookies.

"ID please Maam"

I let her see my ID and she was shocked to see my name.

"You're Shaquira May Garcia?",she asked.

I just nodded in return.

She gave me the cookies and when I was about to give her my money she declined.

Was something going on?

"Is there a problem?",the manager suddenly asked.

"Uhmmm, she won't take my money",I said and the manager looked at my ID and was also shocked.

"You are Shaquira May Garcia?!"

"Uhmmm, this is getting weirdm did I do something?",I asked.

"No no, please help yourself with anything, next time you comeback here you will take anything you like, cause it's free for you Ms. Garcia",the manager said and ran yo his office.

I just took back my ID and got out of the place, okay there is definetly something wrong with that coffee shop.

I walked to our house and saw Frost in his house on the balcony doing stuff with his laptop.

I just walked inside the house and suddenly my little sister bursts out of no where.

"Hi ate, how was school?",she asked.

"It was okay, here's your cookies",I said and she took it and ran to her room. Haha she's always like that.

*Ding dong* *Ding dong*

"Coming"

As I walked to the door I heard voices of people so I opened the door and when I did I saw a familiar face.

It was a woman and she looked familiar.

"Uhmmm hi, is your mother there?",the woman asked.

"Who wants to know",I asked.

"Quira!, who's at the door?",my Mom asked.

"Someone is looking for you",I said and when Mom went downstairs and saw the woman she was like Really Shocked.

Ok something is happening and I don't know what is it. Today is really a weird day.

Like let's reminise my day:

1. I hate the uniform

2. I was really assuming

3. A guy was punched because of me

4. The girl in the coffee shop wouldn't take my money

5. The manager at the coffee shop said that I would take anything there for free

6. My mother being shocked to see this woman
