Haven't I fallen far enough?
I've always been the demon seeking peace. I scraped my knees climbing up to it but now, I'm free.
The Sirens sing me my victory song as I rise from the depths. Watery chains no more, I'm free.
People are poison with tounges of serpents. They being the true monsters that live inside. But I see them clearly now. Masks no more, I'm free.
The Prince of darkness has always been a gentleman.
"Hello Darkness my old friend. I've been needing to speak with you again"
A star shining so bright finally it's dimming. Afriad no more, I'm free.
Once you stare into the darkness for so long you realize it started to stare back.
Broken I might be. Maybe even a little crazy but free I am.
And free I shall be.
