Hey, okay so this is another Mikey fanfic. It's mainly all in Mikey's POV but there may be others too... Hope you enjoy!!

Um...Hi. So, I'm Mikey. And this is my story so far. I'm sixteen. I live with my brother, Gerard, and my three best friends: Jared, Shannon and, probably the person I'm closest to, Maya. I don't live with my parents because they died about a year ago now in a car accident. I was there. Everyone told me i was lucky to be alive, since my parents had died, but i didn't get out unharmed.
I don't exactly remember what happened but i woke up about two weeks later completely unable to speak. And now, 13 months on, i still can't speak. I'm completely mute.
When i woke up I was terrified. But Maya was there, holding my hand, telling me i was safe, that i was okay. But i couldn't talk and that scared me. Some time after that some doctors told me that i wouldn't be able to speak again.... I cried for what felt like hours. But i knew i was safe because i was with my three closest friends and my brother, curled up in Maya's lap. And that's when it clicked. I love her... Not that she knows...
