Chapter 1

Melody say in silence on her bed. Heart racing, she traced her thoughts back to yesterday.

"Muuum, when can I have foooood?" Moaned her brother Rily.
"When it's tea time! Now go play!" Ordered her mum.
Melody entered the room and hid her freckly face under a curtain of red hair. She sat on the pale sofa and pulled out her phone. 7 missed calls, all from an unknown number. She clicked on the first one.
"Go to the end of your road." A chilly voice swept through her silence.
The second one.
"I mean now." The voice sounded calm.
The third one.
"COME NOW!" The voice was loud and Melody jumped back in her seat.
The other 4 were just the same.
She called back and answered in a sassy tone,
"Don't call me again if you do the police'll be after you!"

She shivered, the calls wouldn't get out of her head. She stood up and passed softly down the stairs.
"Hey Mel, what's up sweetie?" Her mum said in her patient, caring tone.
"I got these calls, telling me to go to the end of the road," Melody said in a nervous way.
" oh love it'll just be some silly boys mucking around!" Her mum assured, hugging her.
With that, Melody made a hot chocolate giggled at her fail and went back upstairs. 10pm came and she fell into a deep sleep on her comfy double bed.

Suddenly the window creaked open, some boys jumped in.
" Shush you will wake her. Then what will happen to us?" The oldest whispered and walked over to the bed.
He pulled back her covers and beckoned the others over, the four of them hoisted her up and left a note. Kidnappers.

Melody
I woke with a start. I was in a bed I didn't recognise and a room I had never seen. I panicked and screamed. A boy about 19 ran in.
" What is it, who's there?"
"It's just me and, WHERE THE HELL AM I??"
I raged, i was angry and you don't wanna see me angry!
"Calm down, ok, my name is Jasper and I will not hurt you. We were forced to kidnap you by a random man. Please forgive us, PLEASE!"
I laughed.
"Sure but I am hungry. Breakfast??"
"Come with me." He smirked and led me down a staircase.
