Open Positions

Here, there are different teams. Each one has a Head Admin, which overlooks and supervises the Team Members. The Head Admins will be under my supervision and will receive my help if need be.

Here are the open position in each team:

Writing Blog Team:

Each team member will be given a passcode to the Artistic Adelpha Tumblr blog. Team Members will be in charge of creating content articles with writing tips, recommended books on Wattpad, and sending them in to the Head Admin as a drafted post, who will read over them and publish them with help of the Editor's.

Editor Team:

The Editors will work with the Blog Team and Contest Designer Team to ensure that all content is grammar-and-spelling-perfect and give tips on how to make articles/writing flow better. You may also be asked by outside readers to edit their work, which you will do so. Team Members will go through content with fine detail, then send links to the Head Admin so they can skim over it and search for hidden mistakes.

Graphic Design Team:

You will be working together to create covers for not only Artistic Adelpha's works, but also for those who DM you or contact Artistic Adelpha to ask for book covers. All covers will be made by Team Members and the Head Admin, and all covers must be approved by the Head Admin before being sent in to the recipient. You will also work to create the design for our Tumblr blog.

Trailer Maker Team:

Your job will be to create trailers for the Artistic Adelpha account/books and for those who contact you or the account to ask for video trailers for their books! All movie trailers will be made by Team Members and the Head Admin, and all must be overlooked by the Head Admin before being sent in to the recipient.

Contest Designer Team:

Artistic Adelpha will be holding contests for Wattpaders all over for writer, graphic design, trailer making, and anything else you can think of! Contest Design Team Members will come up with ideas for contests, get rhem approved by both the Head Admin and me, write them in drafts on our Wattpad to be looked at, and have Editors look over their work. You might also receive some requests by people to create certain contests.

Judge Team:

Just as it looks, you will be our judges for our contests! You must look at storylines, if the story meets the guidelines, grammar, etc. You will make a list of your potential winners for a contest, and send them to the Head Admin for final reviewing and judging.

Recruiting Team:

Your job is to look for Wattpaders who may want to either work with Artistic Adelpha, become an affiliate, or just use our blog/etc for writing tips! Recruiter Team Members will find potential workers for Artistic Adelpha and will send their profile in to the Head Admin, who will review all profiles before reporting to me with them.
