Chapter 9

*Harry's POV*

I ran back towards the house, feeling a bad vibe going through the garden. I slowed down and my thoughts went crazy. What if Linn was hurt, I rushed up the porch and opened the door roughly.

The house was quiet, furniture not at its place. The tables were upside down and everything was trashed.

I walked up the stairs to my old work room. I opened the door seeing everything upside down. I got furious.

"Please" I said to myself as I searched through the mess to find the picture. If I didn't she would be gone forever.

"No, no no"

It was gone, she was gone, they were gone.

"I-is s-someone there?" I heard a weak female voice say.

I went quiet, frozen as a stone. I didn't recognise the voice, it was unfamiliar.

"I-I heard you talking to yourself" the girl said again.

I turned around, opening the door and walking down the stairs quietly. I saw a medium tall girl, brown long wavy hair.

"So who are you?" I said and my voice came out dark. She turned around and she sure was beautiful.

"I'm Tracy" she said and she looked intensely at me.

"What are you doing here?" I asked coldly.

"Ergh, I saw you running inside the house and you looked sad so I got worried that something had happened and now I see why. What happened here?" She said worryingly.

"I-I really don't know, I left for a day and this is what I returned to" I said and she looked at me with sad eyes.

"You poor thing" she said and that's when the smell of her blood attacked me.

I've never smelled blood so sweet, so innocent and so pure. She was a virgin no doubt about that, that's why her blood is so innocent.

"Have you heard about the vampire legend?" She asked out of nowhere.

"Huh?" I asked trying to sound confused.

"You know that vampire original thing, I think like the leader is called like Harry or something or was it Richard?" She said and I opened my mouth to talk.

"They're both leaders" I said and she smiled.

"Okay, so you heard about the legend. So what's your name?" She asked and I smirked.

"I'm Harry, Harry Styles"

*Lana's POV*

This was perfect, a life without problems, fights and overprotective boyfriends. This was heaven.

"Run away with you was the best decision I've ever made" I said and Louis looked happily at me.

"I can't agree more" He said smiling and then I looked around the old beautiful buildings.

"I gotta say, nice job with choosing France" I said and his smile grew bigger.

"Merci Madame" Louis said making me laugh.

We walked for a long time until we reached the town's end.

"Urm Louis, do you know where we're going exactly?" I asked and he looked over at me.

"Of course I do, we're going to search the world"

*Liam's POV*

"You CAN'T DO THIS!" Caroline screamed as Richard threw around with Niall like he was a toy.

"Oh I can do this and so much more" Richard said.

He took Niall's head in between the palm of his hands and pressed all his pressure onto Niall.

"Please stop!" Caroline said again and Niall's head began to look really red and his veins was popping out.

"Why would I?" Richard asked.

"Because you love me Richard!" She almost yelled at him and he let go of Niall. He fell to the ground and Richard walked over to Caroline.

"I never loved you Caroline, every little feeling I told you about was a lie, a big fat lie just to get you by my side so I could destroy the good ones once and for all" he said and stroke her cheek.

"Leave her alone Richard" I growled and his blood red eyes looked into mine.

"Who gave you the right to talk Liam? Last time I checked you were the weak one" Richard said and Caroline looked weirdly at me.

"Li? What does he mean?" She asked.

"Nothing you need to worry about love" I said and Richard laughed at me.

"Oh, how couldn't I see this coming" Richard said and I had no idea what he was saying.

"See what coming?" I asked and Caroline looked at me.

"Oh isn't that obvious? Liam you're totally in love with your best friend isn't that so? I mean the two haven't left each other's side since Louis left" Richard said and Caroline looked at me.

*Louis' POV*

Being in France with my best friend couldn't really be much better than it is. She needed to get away from that madhouse.

"Louis?" Lana's voice filled my ears.

"Mhm" I said as I sat down in the sand.

"This makes me feel like a human again. No drama, no evil or angry vampires that get on your nerves all the time" She said and the waves hit the shore.

"Yeah it's quiet and so peaceful" I said and I looked at her. The sun hitting her face and she looked stunning.

"Yeah" her voice sounded like an angel. Wait what am I thinking?

This trip is killing me, I can't have feeling for Lana she basically just got out of a relationship with my stepbrother. This isn't good.

"What are you thinking about?" Lana asked and she looked at me smiling.

"Nothing, nothing" I said and my eyes found her lips.

"So Louis, do you have any plans for the rest of the trip or souls we just start to head home?" She asked and I sighed.

"I don't know seriously maybe we jut did this as an impulse thing" I said.

I looked at her, she was stunning I can't change what I think. Her hair was flowing around her shoulders by the harsh wind, I suddenly got the urge to kiss her. I leaned forward and she faced me, our lips only an inch apart and kissed her. The kiss lasted long, it felt good, surprisingly good. Her lips were soft and the kiss was gentle.

"Wow" She said and my heart started to beat faster.
