The Glow[Discontinued]

Flower shop

So basically where are we now?

  I sigh, pulling out the paper I grabbed a while back. I look up seeing a flower shop smiling and making my way towards the shop. "Hello?" I call out.

I hear a small thump and see a short male come in sight. "Hello I'm Atlas! Welcome to my flower shop!" The small male chimes.

I giggle at the cute male in front of me." So what brings you?" He asks plucking a rose.

"I just want a job here, seems peaceful." I explain.

"R-really?" He asks with wide eyes.

I nod and he smiles,showing off the gap he had. He blushes and looks at the floor covering his mouth."Sorry."

"Its ok, its kinda cute." I smile and take the flower from him. "So can I have the job?"

"Of course!" He says.

"So when do I start?" I ask, he looks away shyly.

"Could you start today?" He asks looking up at me.

"Of course I can." I say.

"Thank you, thank you very much!" He says, going behind the counter.

"Oh! Could you show that we're open." He says pointing at the door.

I face palm myself.

I walked in without looking if they were open!

I sigh and flip the sign over, seeing that it got peoples  attention. I start to check up on the flowers, I guess you could say I was good with plants since  my mother used to have a garden. After while we got kinda busy so it ended up dying.

I get snapped out of my  thoughts by the bell ringing." Good morning sir."

  Telling by how his voice sounded, I knew it was a male. I turn around freezing as I saw Andrew, he smiles waving."Morning kid."

I huff and turn back around, Atlas starts talking. "Hey Andrew, I have a new worker."

"Oh yeah this kid?" He asks pointing at me.

"He's not a kid!" Atlas says.

"Ya sure? First time we met he looked like it to me, very short to be honest." Andrew says, was he smirking?

  I feel my face heat up, I cover my face trying to cool down. "Anyway...[Y\N].. This is my childhood friend Andrew."

"Childhood friend?" I repeat turning around.

How could this shy boy be friends with a seemingly mysterious guy? 

"Yeah, I know its crazy but he's pretty much a softy." Atlas days punching Andrew's arm.

"That's nice to know I guess." I mumble.

"So Andrew what brings you here?" Atlas asks.

"Oh just saw this deer boy here, and thought about coming in to visit." Andrew says leaning against the wall with his elbow.

"Oh so you came here to see [Y\N]..that's unusual." Atlas mumbles the last part.

"I-it's not unusual!" Andrew protests.

Atlas gives him the 'Are u sure?' look. I giggle as he starts to protect more, I get lost my eyes not leaving his body.

God I gotta say he's really good looking, wait what!?

   I snap out of my thoughts seeing the red string, it grew a little longer. I started panicking in mind and it tugs me forward, being as clumsy as I am I trip and land face first in his back. Andrew grunts and looks back at me.

"C-clumsy me! I'm so sorry." I apologize.

  Was that a light shade of blush i saw? I shake my head and it was gone as quick as it came or was I just imagining things?

"Its fine." He says.

Andrew stayed helping out, a few times I ended up either coming to close to this dude or just plainly feel on top of him! It wasn't my fault tho this stupid string kept doing it!

I sigh as I hand a lady a batch of red roses, she smiles and thanks me walking out of the store.

I hear whistling come from the back and peek in. I see Andrew whistling a tune, whistling turning into humming, and humming into singing.

His voice...its so amazing!

   I felt my face heat up and when he looked my way I quickly ducked back. I guess he shrugged it off, because I heard him start up again. I sighed in pure relaxation, starting humming the song he was singing, and my humming turned into singing.

I must have been so out of it because I do t remember him stopping. Next thing I knew he was in front of me, I gasped and stopped as soon as he was looking at me.

Silence over coming us."What?" I ask.

"Nothing, just your voice." He says rubbing the back of his neck.

"Is it bad?" I ask.

"No! Its just, you...you sound like an angel." He blurts out fast.

"Ok,ok love birds time to close." Atlas says.

I blush, love birds!? 

Andrew chuckles and seems to be back to normal. "Be back tomorrow please!" Atlas calls out as I walk out.

I was grabbed by my hand being pulled back."Here...take it."

  Andrew held out a beautiful white rose. I blush and thank him taking the flower. "I'll see you tomorrow?" He asked.

"Y-yeah sure!" I stuttered  out.

Getting home from, I flopped on my bed. "Sweetheart you home?" I hear my mom call.

"Yeah..." I say loud enough for her to hear.

"Oh good!" I hear her say.

My door opens and I sigh sitting up." Yes?"

"Ah..um do you mind watching your cousin?" She asks.

"I have work tomorrow." I say my shoulders drooping as she says this.

"Please!" She begs.

"Fine...I'll watch him." I grumble as she walks out of my room.

My attention is yet again caught by the red string. I frown at it and break it only for it to come back. I huff and slip into my bed.

What does this mean?
