Stepping out the door and into the direction of the cafe, Yoon Jeonghan groaned in the realization that today was a Monday. It did not impact him much given he did not have a job nor did he go to school, but Mondays still made him moody.

While on his way to buy a bagel at a local cafe, the boy popped in his ear buds to hear the tune of a familiar soft song. His face held no particular expression, but naturally, it was still beautiful.

His lips moved to mouth the words, quietly singing along to the lyrics. When the musicians of the song did not sing, Jeonghan found himself humming along to the rhythm while lightly fidgeting with an old receipt he found in his pocket.

"Like a butterfl-" Jeonghan was cut off by a sudden force. Landing on his rear and with a puzzled expression, he took a moment to process the event that had swept him off his feet and halted his singing. Jeonghan tugged the cords of the earbuds out from their hidden home shrouded by long hair. His eyes glanced up, meeting those of another boy wearing an alarmed expression.

"Oh my! I am so sorry! Miss, are you okay?" The boy who peered down at him exclaimed. Jeonghan glanced up anxiously. His cheeks turning strawberry red as he realized the collision was most likely a result of his clumsiness and selective attention than the fault of the stranger before him.

"Yeah...I'm okay. Are you okay?" Jeonghan mumbled as a response, brushing small rocks off his jeans as he stood up.

Jeonghan felt a rush of red to his cheeks once more when his eyes met with the other boy's again. A passing thought eagerly screamed, "he's cute" in Jeonghan's head. He thought a bit, it was a quick thought though, as Yoon Jeonghan examined the still alarmed look on the other's face more intently. The one who was not toppled disregarded the question, more worried for the boy he had knocked over.

"Are you sure you're okay, miss?" The boy let out, concern filling his voice.

"Excuse me, sir, but I sexual identify as an attack helicopter." Jeonghan joked as he wiped off a few more little pebbles froom his skinny jeans. He had long gotten sick of defending his masculinity so he tended to play it off as a joke to demonstrate his androgynous nature. The long haired boy had gotten used to being misgendered and characterized as a woman thus he chooses to make attack helicopter jokes to make situations like these less awkward for himself. He found comfort in the femininity of his presentation. Flipping his long hair over his shoulder, he looked at the figure in front of him. "Cute." He mumbled to himself, bluntly.

"What?" The stranger responded, as he had not heard him clearly.

"Nothing." Jeonghan sighed for the billionth time that Monday morning and popped one of his ear buds back in, ready to walk away. "Oh, I'm sorry by the way...I wasn't watching where I was going."
