This is kind of random, but kind of leaving off where my friend's one shot left off... a little bit...

“AHHHHH I don’t know what to do!”
“Everything is going to be okay, Anna, I promise!” Lexi tried to calm down her friend Anna since it was the day before her debut.
They, the DC, have spent a little over a month preparing their dance for Anna’s debut/graduation party, and suddenly, everything began to fall apart.
They already had two girls drop out due to conflicts: Ari because she had work, and Tess because she was being made to go to California that weekend. They were two people short, and Anna wasn’t having it.
It was noon and the girls were all sitting at the venue trying to get Anna to be calm.
“Anna, I’m going to need you to breathe right now, okay?” Becca said. “Deep breaths, in and out. There you go.”
“What are we going to do with two people short?” Melissa asked.
“This dance is meant for 9 people, and we have 7,” Xio followed up with.
“Can I still stay in the back, because you know, white girl over here!” Katie exclaimed.
“Katie this isn’t the time,“ Lexi said while giggling. “We need to figure out a way to make this dance work with little people.”
“I think I’d be able to help,” a different, yet familiar voice said from the doorway.
“Wh-who is that?” Erin said with fear in her voice.
“Who’s going to go check? I’m not going.”
“I’m out,” Katie said. “Bad at talking to people.”
“AH, okay I’ll go,” Lexi volunteered. “It’s probably just some rando-”
“Lexi? Lexi is everything okay?” Anna asked.
“Oh my god. He saw it.”

About a month before, right before the practices started, Anna had tweeted the love of her life to see if he could come to her debut: Calum Hood, the bassist from 5 Seconds of Summer. Anna LOVED him, and she really wanted him to go, but it was damn near impossible since it was the start of the Where We Are tour’s European leg.
The last time the DC saw the 5SOS boys, as well as the boys of One Direction, was in January, after their spontaneous beach day where they ran into the ocean topless. They all kept in touch for a bit, but once tour started, they all kind of lost contact.
Anna would still tweet Calum though.
