Backstory: Samantha Parker is secretly the daughter of Olivia and Shiro's late fiancée. Because of her Shirogane goes by "Shiro" and he joined the Garrison. The lady has a scar on the right side of her face due to a car accident when she joined the Garrison. Adam and her get along but tend to fit on how to parent Olivia. She hates it when Adam talks German around her because she thinks that he is talking about her. Once Olivia was old enough to move into the Larzon dorms she moved back home but kept Olivia and Adam a secret even though she retired from the Garrison. When Shiro was believed to be dead Haggar had repeatedly battle her when she was in her dreams. This leading to her dying and Olivia staying in the town.
