The blood that stains the ground,
Seeps in long before body is found.Gun shots,
Bombs,
A flash of red...Another gun to someones head
Cant this violence just stay dead?Has mankind learnt nothing over the years?!
Another one of our countless flaws!
Seems like there's a billion laws! All those lives that have been wasted,
It just seems like history is just copied and pasted.
Hasn't our past taught us anything?
No one ever truly has the real winThe scene goes black,
What's that...?
The sound of a scream?
Let me out !
I don't want to play a part in this dead man's dream. My eyes fly open.
Here I lay in a muddy ditch again,
I hear someone cry in pain,
How can we simply stay sane? Then I hear the order,
I now must run across our border,
The cold gun in my hand.
I hear the shadowy figures call out,
And at last, I finally hit the ground,
It's now my turn to join the land of bodies,
That will never be found.
