Jake's point of view
"Hey mom?" I say to mom as go up the stairs."Yes Jake?" She said to me looking up for her phone. "Logan said that he feels sick and said that he wanted you to leave so you did not get sick." I said sounding as real as I could. "Okay Jake but I have to tell you and Logan both something before I go." She said to me giving me that mom look. "So I can't deliver the message?" I said awkwardly. "No Jake!" She told me raising her voice.
Logan's point of view
I hear Jake coming down the stairs and when he pops through the door I say "Baby boy is she gone?" "No. I'm sorry daddy but she says that she has to tell us something. And I think that it is important." He says "Okay that's fine it should not take to long" me and Jake walk up the stairs to see our mom standing there with a look of disappointment on her face. "Mom what's wrong?" Me and Jake both say at the same time. "Boys..." she says trying to hold back tears. "Mom your scaring us." I say not knowing what to expect. "Boys y..your both a..a.. adopted!" My mom says breaking out in tears. I don't say anything but Jake is kinda crying. I just grab my keys and phone a bust out of the house. I hear Jake yell "Logan come back!" But I just keep in walking I run down to the parking garage and hop into the yeti and drive as fast as can.
After about twenty minutes of driving around I get a text form Jake that says
---texts---
Jake: She is gone
Logan: Has she gone to the airport yet?
Jake: Yeah I just dropped her off.
Logan: Okay are you at home?
Jake: Going up the elevator.
Logan: Okay I need to talk to you in person... And then we can pick up where we left off😏
Jake: Okay sounds great daddy.
Logan: Alright be there I five.
Alright guys that is the end of chapter 4
