It was a promise that they had made to each other as young children. But years after he moved away, that promise was long forgotten. When she suffers from loss and slowly starts slipping away into her own little hole, he comes back and grabs her, making sure he never lets go again.

Before I start off with the whole 'welcome to my profile, enjoy the book, etc.' kind of things, I just wanted to point out (again) that the main themes in this story are not, and will not ever be taken lightly. Now, onto how the actual story came to mind. This story itself, the characters, the plot, etc. hasn't been on my mind very long, but the things talked about in it and the struggles the character goes through are close to me. So I wouldn't exactly call it 'personal' but I wouldn't call it some wild dream that came out of my head, either. It's probably in the middle of that. That make any sense? Probably not.

Also, you do NOT have to be a fan of BTS to read this story. This is an alternate universe where (unfortunately) the group doesn't exist. Yoongi is simply a character in this story.

But, all those things aside, I want you to know, that no matter what happens or what you go through, there will always be something or someone there to keep you afloat. You're not alone, and you never will be.
