I then walk into his room to see him with pills I scream "ARE U CRAZY" I try to take them from him but the pills fly open and go everywhere he cries saying "m-Miley I'm s-sorry" I hug him tightly putting his head into my neck I say while crying "don't do that ever again" I kiss him and Finn walks in then jack faints I catch him and then I pick him up I say "GUYS COME HELP ME PUT HIM IN THE CAR" they help me and I sit in the drivers seat they get in the back I am teary and I drive to the hospital I drive faster and park I then carry him in and they rush him back I stare and sit down wiping the tears I say "this is my fault" then a nurse walks in and says "jack wants u Miley?" I nod a bit and walk back slowly looking down I sit down and stare at his pale body and face I grab his cold tiny hand and his eyes open I am looking down tears streaming down my face I am humming a bit while tapping my feet lightly I squeeze his hand taking my thumb and rubbing circles on his hand I look up and my eyes are bright green he whispers "Miley can u sit beside me" I say "I am" he pats the spot beside him on the bed I lay down and everyone walks in he is staring up at them I get dizzy I try to keep my eyes open the scars on my wrists are exposed I open my eyes I stay silent looking at my wrist then I get a text from my ex boyfriend saying "hey Miley u miss me? I'm coming for ur little boyfriend! 💔😈 xx ex boyfriend Connor I stare at it and so does jack I say "I'll be back" I walk out with my fists clenched I meet up with him and stare up at him I say "don't touch him!" He pushes me down and I fall cutting my hands I then get up and punch him hardly I hold my hand and shake it everyone stares out the window and then I get dragged across the gravel by my hair I yell "LET GO" I am now near jacks hospital room window and the blinds are open I get up and stare seriously I feel a stab in my stomach blood pours out my mouth I then back away and I punch him again I get on top of him and I take the knife out my stomach and stab him in his leg I get up and run into the hospital I hold myself up and then I force myself to sit in a chair holding my stomach I get rushed back into the same room as jack they close the curtains and I start screaming everyone holds there ears I say "DONT DO THAT IT HURTS" they lift my shirt up revealing my stomach and I have a huge hole in my stomach I cough loudly I pass out and they can't wake me up because I'm in a coma I lay there and they walk out after they are done stitching me up and stuff they pull the curtains back

*time skip to a month later*
I have grown a bit and I move my head sweating I open my eyes then a nurse walks in and then runs for the phone I whisper "I want to surprise them please don't call them" she nods

Friends POV-
We were all upset about Miley especially jack we got a knock on the door and jack runs to it opening it

Miley's POV-
I stand there smiling but then he slams the door in my face I sigh and drop the gift in front of the door that I was gonna give him i walk away slowly going to the cliff but first I am putting on my bikini I sit down letting my feet hang down and rock back and forth I hear rocks falling I slip off and fall but I notice I'm making myself float in mid air I then do a huge jump and run thinking about jack I get drunk and then I walk into my house slamming the door and stumble upstairs while they are watching me i knock over stuff and i walk to my room I lay on my bed drinking more then jack walks in and try's to calm me down but I punch him on accident he screams "OW BITCH" Stanley walks in and says "Miley what the fuck did u do to him" everyone else walks in and says the same thing then I get tackled on the ground and I get punched a lot my mouth is bloody and I don't stop them I finally get up and walk to the bathroom dizzy I slam the door shut and lock it I sit down hugging my knees I go live on my phone and I don't look at my phone at all everyone comments "miles look up now" I peak and then I say "no" lowly I grab a new blade that I had in my bathroom in the cabinets I look up fully now and everyone bangs on the door I start slicing my wrist a lot blood pours down my arm I laugh and say "let me die" then someone knocks the door down I scream "GET OUT NOW U FUCKING DICK" I stare at Wyatt the one that punched me a lot I kick him I grab my phone blood pours out all over the floor and I run to my bedroom pushing everyone out locking my door I cry like always my bed is bloody I end the live vid I rock back and forth I get up and close my eyes everything starts shaking I stomp my foot and things fall off and break screams "JESUS FUCKING CHRIST" I run out my room dodging everyone that tries to touch me but I let jack touch me he gets the first aid kit and comes back I sit down on the counter staring down at him I wince and cry the whole time I push his hands away then I see blood on my pants I get up I start running to Beverly everyone says "miles u have a huge thing of blood on ur pants" growls at them making them back away I grab Beverly I whisper "this hurts like shit and I don't have any tampons" and she says "we can go to the store with the boys who cares about whatever they think" I nod and we go I stand on my hands and start walking I then get bored of it and stand up I get pads and the boys yell "EW" I yell back "THERE JUST FUCKING PADS DUMBASSES" pays for and this guy asks for my number I grab my pads and I say "plz don't do that" he grabs my wrist and everyone gets angry I stand on the counter and punch him making him fall out cold I get down and we go home
