CHAPTER 1 She could feel the wind breezing softly at her. It‟s sounded like a whisper blowing at her ear saying things that are calm and relaxing. Looking at the view in front of her sooth her heart even more. A pair of slender arms around her waist makes her feel secure and protected. This is one of her favorite moment. “What are you thinking right now?” “You.” Yuri couldn‟t help but smile. Her grips around the tiny waist loosen a bit. Her nose nuzzles at Jessica‟s neck. She could smell her scent. Strawberry. “What make you thinking of me?” Jessica turns around and faces the other girl. Their eyes meet. She never ever tired looking at those eyes. She knows those eyes very well. It shines when Yuri is happy and blurry when she is sad and slightly red when rage overcomes her. Those are the kind of eyes that tell a story. “I could never stop thinking of you. I hate to admit it but you are the source of my mind.” Yuri smile again. Sometimes Jessica can be a romantic person. She caresses her cheek gently. Sometimes ago, they almost got separated but fated let them meet once again and let them feel their love once again. Yuri is thankful for that. “I‟m scared. What if we get separated again? What if you are not there anymore? Look what happen to Taeyeon.” Jessica needs to ask those questions. She needs Yuri to answer it. She needs Yuri to calm her down and tell her that they won‟t be separated. She needs it. Yuri sighed. Taeyeon was an example to Shakespeare evidence of separated love. A Romeo and Juliet story. “I can‟t guarantee that. But I can promise that I‟ll be there with you along the way until the end of my life and if I do leave, I‟ll make sure you won‟t miss me.” Yuri hugs her. This is one of her way of saying things that she can‟t say through words but can through her actions. Jessica arms circle Yuri‟s neck for comfort and place her head at the latter shoulder. “I love you, Sica.” __________________________________________________________________________
Taeyeon sitting under her favorite tree. The one that she share once with her love of the life. But not today. Today, she was alone. No more the whiny wife, bubbly mushroom and even the bug haters. Just her all alone. She looks up to the sky. They always share the sky and argue which shape the cloud took form or counting how many animals are there. She smiles a lonely smile. “Fany-ah, I‟m going crazy right now. Sitting under a tree and talking to myself even grinning to the sky. I even guess the shape while pointing at it alone. I‟m sure look pathetic right now.”
FLASHBACK.... “Tae-tae! Come on. It‟s a rabbit! No way that‟s a deer!” Tiffany pouted. No way that cloud is a deer. Taeyeon raise her eyebrows. But it wasn‟t long enough until she broke a laughed. Tiffany sent her a deadly glare. She pinch Taeyeon arms and face the other side. Knowing a sulking wife is bad for her, Taeyeon quickly reacted. “Hey look! It is a rabbit. Oh? It is jumping too!” Taeyeon quickly stand up and start jumping in front of Tiffany. Looking at Taeyeon dorky self, Tiffany couldn‟t help but to laugh. Seeing her wife eye smile make Taeyeon pull her up too. Both of them started to jump around. After a while, they both stop jumping. Taeyeon pull Tiffany for a kiss. Deep long and passionate kiss. They broke a part when oxygen is needed. Taeyeon pull Tiffany for a hug. “I love you mushroom.” END OF FLASHBACK..... “Hey Tae.” Taeyeon open her eyes and see Yuri sitting beside her. She closes her eyes again. Yuri traces Taeyeon face with her eyes. She can feel her pain. They are twins, every pain that one received, the other will feel it too. “We used to sit here whenever we could. Talking like there is no tomorrow. If I make her mad, she‟ll glare at me. She said that she learn it from Jessica. Your wife is a bad vibe for mine.” Yuri kept her silent. She‟s not good in advice. Both of them are not good in giving advice. But having each other around helps them.
“She always said that one day, I might get another wife. I asked her who? She said my work. Crazy mushroom.” Yuri smile. Tiffany was the greatest thing that happens to Taeyeon. Being a player her whole life, settling with Tiffany really change Taeyeon. The same goes for Yuri too. “Don‟t let those memories go Tae. She‟s might not be around anymore, but she‟ll always be here.” Yuri places her hand at her heart. Taeyeon flash a weak smile. She gets up and started to walk back to their family house leaving Yuri behind. Taeyeon stops after a few steps and turn her body to face Yuri. “I lost mine that day Yul. Now, she no longer beside me. The day she died was my punishment. But I never regret spending my time with her.” Taeyeon turn around and started walking again.
