All of my stories are seperate but they are part of the same series in a connected Dreamworks/Pixar Universe with a bigger story. This is the third one. Continued from 'Mile High Club.'

It was a cool fall evening in Radiator Springs. The sun was setting on the barren wastes around the small city and the inhabitants within. The quiet brought a sense of calm, but there were some who were wide awake, and hungry, oh so hungry...

Mater slowly rode along the long dirt road outside his small, filthy hovel. In the distance he saw a light coming, speeding down the road. But it was getting dark and it was hard to discern who was behind the headlights coming towards him. To his happiness and surprise, the blinding light cleared and revealed his best friend Lightning Mcqueen.

"Mater!" Lightning moaned, "I need your help, there's an emergency and you have to come quick!"

"Beeb bop yippy kai yay! Alright Lightnin'," Mater said, "anything for you *hick*." It was quite obvious to Mcqueen that Mater had taken to drinking again, this hour of the evening was his favorite for that. Lightning didn't like it when Mater drank, but at least it made him more open to trying new things. That was a part of Mater that Mcqueen liked very much.

"Mater, since Sally left Radiator Springs, I've been feeling real lonely." Mcqueen whimpered. "I need you to gimme a filler up, pal."

"Lightnin', you know I am always ready to gas you up *hick*, but what about the emergency?" Mater said while slowly moving back, now realizing Lightning's true intentions.

"You see Mater, it's just that. My emergency is that I need you.... To give me gas," Mcqueen lept aggressively forward toward Mater. The tow truck tried to dodge, but he was not match for a big strong motor car like Mcqueen. Lightning jumped on top of Mater and began to aggressively..... DAB!

"Oh! Lightnin' *hick*!" Mater cried out, "Please stop! You're dabbing too hard!" But Mcqueen wouldn't stop. He dabbed and dabbed all through the night, until Mater finally gave in.

"Alright Lightnin', I'll fill you up. YEE HAW!" Mater used his magnum hook and grabbed a nearby can of gas.

Mcqueen came closer, "Do you need me to open my gas cap?" Lightning, ever so slowly, turned around and revealed to Mater his refueling zone. Mater stuck the barrel of the gas tank in. Lighting moaned, "Kachow Mater! You really know how to fill a car up."

Once Lightning was satisfied, Mater pulled out of his gas tank. Mcqueen let out a few happy kachows as he fell asleep in the afternoon sun. Mater slowly crept back to his hut, hoping not to wake the sleeping beast. When he got inside he was greeted to the sound of a phone ringing.

"Howdy Mater," said the gruff voice, "prepare the citizens of Radiator springs to be greeted by the one and only Chick Hicks. Kachiga!"

"Yippa yup bup! What's your game Hicks?" Mater asked.

"Mcqueen's going to race me. And I am going to get the Piston Cup I deserve!" yelled Chick, "And believe me, he will have the motivation to do so." In the background Mater began to hear loud screams, and he recognised these screams very well as he had heard them many times.

"SALLY!" Mater yelled. Chick laughed on the other line before he slammed the phone down, leaving Mater to fill in the details.

Mater proceeded out of his hut to find that Mcqueen had left suddenly. Without a second thought Mater took off towards town to gather everyone and find Lightning.

But Lightning wasn't heading to town, for he had heard Chicks deep and masculine voice on the phone and couldn't help but listen. Now, he knew that he needed to stop Hicks before it was too late for himself and his Sally.

Mcqueen drove into the middle of the desert and screamed out, "KACHOW!" His voice echoed off the walls of the canyons that surrounded them. In the distance, a cloud of dust emerged and began heading toward Mcqueen. This had to be Chick Hicks.

As Chick pulled up, Lightning noticed something gleaming attached to his bumper, a license plate. It was Sally's.

"My God!" Mcqueen screamed out, "What have you done?"

Chick smiled, "What I had to do to get your attention. Since Sally had yours, I decided to take her from you. Now it's just you and me."

"Yes it is," Mcqueen lustfully Kachowed. "I've been waiting for this moment, for all my life, Chick. The moment where I finally get to have my way with you..."

"If you're so confident, meet me at the track in two hours... " Chick winked mysteriously, "Otherwise I will continue removing parts from your precious Sally. Or maybe adding some of my own." Mcqueen let out a whimper, sure Mater was good at gasing him up... but Sally, she was the best. Always was. Mcqueen felt bad, the last time he and Sally had talked... well, it hadn't gone very well. He kachowed too hard, and she didn't like that. "Mcqueen," she had whined, "Your kachowing has become a true problem, I'm leaving you for a real car, a muscle car." Sally looked off dreamily, McQueen looked away... wiper fluid was gathering near his windshield. He couldn't let her see that.

Snapping back into reality, Mcqueen looked at Chick, "Fine, but when you lose it will be the last thing you do." Chick snickered and began to drive away triumphantly. Suddenly, a loud bang rang out and Chick Hicks felt a sharp pain in his side. As he began to feel his oil leak out, he knew what had happened, and he was terrified.

Lightning moved toward Chick., holding a shotgun. "You made a mistake Hicks, you thought I was just going to let you get away with this." Lightning shot Hicks again in the trunk, making him scream in a way that Lightning loved.

"People like you never learn Hicks," Mcqueen smirked, "so it's time to teach you a lesson." Mcqueen inched toward Chick's tailpipe. Chick was far too injured to resist. Lighting took hold of Chick, and leaned in close. Chick was shaking under the weight of the powerful car above him. Then Lightning slapped the cuffs on Hicks and sent him to jail with a life sentence. With good behavior he may be able to get on parole in 5-10 years.
