We were walking through the woods having a good time. Nikalo and Tristan were arguing over who ate the most dinner last night. Then, we heard someone step on a twig. We looked around realising it wasn't one of us. We saw two older men walking around. One with a net, one with a gun. Tristan and I jumped into the bushes, while Nikalo thought he had a better idea. He climbed the tree hoping not to be noticed. Hannah tried to follow, but she slipped and fell into the bush. The hunters looked around, hearing her fall, but shrugged and walked away. We all sighed with relief and grouped together again.
"Man, that was close." Tristan said.
"Yeah. Sorry about that guys." Hannah said, pawing at the ground.
"It's ok. At least you're still here. I don't know what I would've done without you." Nikalo smiled nudging her.
Hannah showed her teeth and tackled him laughing like a hyena.
"Hey! You two love birds! Let's go before they get back!" Kira howled, snickering.
"We're coming we're coming!" Hannah howled back running to catch up.
They headed back to there den to roll around in the mud, to find the big wolf at there door.
"Oh, there you guys are!" Brock said turning around. "I'm just checking up on the pack. Anyone join the pack recently?" He grabbed a sheet of paper.
"Nope!" I howled. "Just the main crew." We all laughed high-fiving.
Brock left, so Hannah set up the mud pit while I cooked some fox. We all got into the pit, and ate our fox. Tristan and Nikalo ate as if we never fed them. They just tore it apart and chowed down. It was pretty entertaining.
