VICTORIA: Dear diary, I'd like to just thank God for another day given to me, last night was rough, Merlin made me wash the floors because they "weren't clean right".. ain't that some bull.

One day he's gonna get what he deserves and-

DESHAUN: Yo Victoria. (My brother interrupts me once again. ) Merlin said he's going out to play ball with his friends, he said u gotta wash the dishes and cook lunch before he comes backs.

VICTORIA: Aight whatever.. now as I was saying, he's gonna get it one day diary, I just know it. I can't believe mom married such a lazy irresponsible person. And then leaving us to go on a stupid bussiness trip? I guess she dont love us anymore. Anyway I'll see ya later in the day diary, looks like I'm spending my Sundays cleaning again.

MERLIN: Victoria! Get yo lazy ass out here ( I walked out of my room and into the kitchen.)

VICTORIA: Yes Merlin?

MERLIN: Now I'm sure Deshaun told u what u gotta do, I'm going out, do not leave the house, unless u tryna wash the windows cause the dirty as hell, watch over your twin brothers, and let em' play in the backyard, I'll be back in 3 hours and I damn well, will be hungry by then, so cook lunch for me and ur brothers.

VICTORIA: Okay. ( I started to walk away then he called me back.)

MERLIN: Oh and Victoria, if I hear anything about u going out or not doing what your suppose to be doing, your ass is mine, period.

VICTORIA: Yes Merlin. ( I went back into my room. God I hate Merlin. He's so lazy, I'm not even sure if he knows what a job is. The only reason why we aint out on the streets is because mom sends money for Merlin to pay the rent. And when she sends myself and my brothers money, he just takes it. Merlin thinks he's the boss, shit he maybe when at home, but when he's not here I'm the boss around the house. I picked up my phone next to my bed and called my friend Gena. )

GENA: Hey girl! Wassup?

VICTORIA: You wanna do something like go to the mall?

GENA: (Gena starts to speak in a sarcastic voice) Ion know mayne, don't you got some floors to clean?

VICTORIA: I see you got jokes.. Nah He's out, and he won't be back till in the afternoon.

GENA: Haha, girl I'm just playing damn, I guess it's to early in the morning huh?

VICTORIA: Quit playing bro, you wanna go or what?

GENA: Okay, okay I'll be there in 15 minutes, but you gotta stop calling me bro.

VICTORIA: Aight cool, and never.

GENA: Bye girl, your full of it.

VICTORIA: Bye! ( I hanged up, and walked outside to the backyard and saw Deshaun playing with his little helicopter. ) Deshaun I'm going out with Gena and I need you to keep an eye on your brother, I'll be back in an hour, there's pancakes sitting on the counter.. and wake your brother up to let him know wassup. ( I started to walk back into the house but Deshaun called me back)

DESHAUN: Wait!

VICTORIA: What?

DESHAUN: What's gonna stop me from telling Merlin that you went out? ( I new what he wanted. )

VICTORIA: How much?

DESHAUN: Just 5 dollars.

VICTORIA: I can't believe I'm being blackmailed by my own brother. ( I payed the little 11 year old, then left him to go get ready. There was a knocking at the door 5 minutes later. )
