George's POV

I stood there in shock taking in the words. I'm a father. I'm a flipping father, I was 15 just a month or so ago and I wake up and all of a sudden I'm the father of a 2-year-old dead child. To make it any worse the mother of my child is a girl I just met a month ago, talk about awkward situations.

"What? Are you sure?" I can't manage to wrap my mind around all this.

"Trust me, we triple checked. I can hardly believe it either." Luke said letting a breath out.

"Allie, listen to me, we may not know each other too well yet but we will figure this out together." I knelt in front of Allie, who is still in a fit of tears.

"George I remember. I remember all of it." She said looking up at me with her red-rimmed eyes. I pulled her into a hug as she lets out another sob.

"Do you remember anything?" Maddie says looking over at me. I think so hard my head begins to hurt, then something comes up. It's fuzzy at first but I make it out. It's an image of Allie and a younger girl laughing next to me. They look so happy like they've been told the funniest thing in the world. Then out of nowhere, a man in a mask with a gun shoots the girl between Allie and I. The girl goes limp as Allie screams and I jump up and rush the masked man. Before I get a hand on him he drops a ball and runs towards the rope ladder that leads up to a silent copter. I try to grab his ankle but he's too quick then Allie lets out another scream. As I turn the ball the man dropped erupts into an explosion of gas.

I shake the image away as I feel a tear stream down my cheek.

"I do," I say then explain the story that just recalled in my memory. When I finish most of the girls are crying and the guys are open-mouthed. Allie is still in my arms and my shirt is slowly getting more and more wet from her tears.

"Ok, well I think the best thing we can do right now is getting a good night's rest," Jason says nodding toward the sleeping quarters.

As I make my way down the hall all that is on my mind is the image just replaying over and over. The girl going limp. Then it acquired to me, how was the girl in the image only a couple days dead but then in my image she was dead a long time before she was found dead? Someone isn't telling the truth here. Is it Allie or Luke and Maddie? I don't know, but I'm going to find out who killed my daughter.
