It had been 2 weeks since we'd moved in, I had only seen Harry in class where he just sat there silently. Most of the time watching me discretely.

It was Saturday and Chase was at work, I was determined to get myself a job.

I threw on my shorts and a off the shoulder red top, the weather had been amazing here. As I reached the door, I slid my feet into a pair of flip-flops. I stepped out of my apartment to see Niall outside Harry's door.

"Hi Niall, what are you doing?", My voice was low and sounded a bit groggy

"I'm looking for Harry, can you help me find him?", He seemed concerned for Harry, I felt sorry for him having to even bother to put up with Harry.

"I don't know, me and Harry aren't very good on terms?", I wanted to help Niall, he's a good friend, but I would have rather left Harry alone.

"Please? He hasn't been around for days!".

"Ok, but I'm only doing it for your benefit, not Harry's", I meant it, I didn't care about Harry.

It had been almost 3 hours, we'd checked the shop, the tattoo parlor, the casino's, the college detention center, the library, bookstore and now we were reaching the last place. The old pub.

I walked through the door and straight away spotted Harry, sat on his own at a stool on the corner. I walked closer to him and took a seat by him.

"Alexa!", his voice is slurred.

"Harry, we need to go", I tried speaking to him as gently as possible.

"Why?", He narrowed his eyes at me.

"Because everyone's been worried, you haven't been around for the past few couple of days".

"You've been worried?", he raised his eyebrows at me inquisitively.

"No, but everyone else has", I was trying my hardest to get through to him.

"So not everyone has missed me, you lied", Harry smirked.

"What difference does it make if I've missed you?".

"A big one", he set his drink down on the table and stood up.

I stood with him, he grabbed my hand and lead me outside.

"I thought I saw Niall out here", it took me a while to understand what he was saying.

"He went to get my car, he will text me when he's on his way".

"Oh, and where do we go after that?", Harry stared at me, like the way he did in class.

"We drop off Niall, then I take you home so you can sober up!", I wondered why he came here anyway.

"Good, I'm hungry anyway", His hair waved about in the wind.

"It looks like it will rain soon, I better ring Niall", I reached into my pocket, only to discover my phone isn't there.

"What's wrong?", Harry turned to face me.

"My phone, I left it in the car", A deep sigh comes out of my mouth, "Have you got yours?", Harry nodded and pulled out his phone, handing it to me.

I unlocked his iPhone to see a message from 'Mads' : I'm not talking to her she ruined everything for us

Is that my Madeleine? Why would she be texting Harry?

"Who's Mads?", I showed him the phone.

His face turned pale and he took it from me, replying to the message.

"Some girl I used to know from England", he dialled Niall's number and handed it back to me whilst it was ringing.

Niall luckily picked up and I explained the situation.

"He's on his way", I tell Harry.

"Thanks", Harry nodded at me.

"I did it for Niall's benefit only, thank him", Harry looked to me and then to the floor.

A few minutes passed by till Niall finally arrived. We all get in the car and go to Niall's apartment to drop him off then finally reaching mine and Harry's apartment block.

"See you around Lex", Harry revealed a massive grin on his face that I just couldn't help returning.
