the lonely girl.

In the corner of the room
There is a little girl
She cries all her fears out
She says she is afraid
It's cold in there
But she has no one to turn
She starts waving through her room's window
But no one is waving back at her
She looks up in to the sky
It's raining outside
Every raindrop made her feel a little less alone
All she sees is sky
People start passing by
But she has no interest in them
Watching the rain made her forget
That there was no one there, right next to her
She got all moody for one more time
She looked at the sky again
But life was being unfair
Because it stopped raining outside and no one was there
The girl felt forgotten
Like she could disappear
Like she could fall and no one would hear
She still wants to be noticed
I don't know how she will
But maybe there is a reason why she still believes she can be acknowledged
Maybe she will be found
