"So I was thinking that we should have the prom at high town resort." my best friend Tanya said a we walked down the hallways of Austin academy. I looked at the faces of freshmen as we passed. my phone buzzed
Are u trying out for volleyball?
Anna texted me I typed back
Of course I am and I'm going to make it.
I mean of course I am I'm Riley Nadale I'm like immortal. "Riley?" Tanya said snapping her fingers in front of my face. I nodded and flipped my hair.
"Hey baby" Henry said coming up behind me. I turned and kissed him,
"Your party was awesome" I told him wrapping my arms around his neck. A bunch of freshman squealed talking about how cute we were.
" Riley you're totally going to be prom queen and king" she said excitedly. i smiled and flipped my hair
"Of course I am" just then I saw a flash of olive brown hair and a gorgeous girl came into view. "Hello I'm Natalie and I was wondering if I could interview you about prom?" she asked. I just stared at her gaping, how had I not seen her before.
"Are you new?" I asked she looked down and nodded tucking a strand of hair behind her ear.
"Yeah I am" she said bash fully, before she could say anymore the warning bell rang. "Sorry I have to go" she said running off with me staring after her. me and my group walked desperate ways but as I was walking a voice from the shadows startled me.
" I know what you are" it said. I looked around and shuddered no one knew what I had done that summer but Angela and she was long gone now.
