"Come on, Iris." My mom said.

"Mom, I am not into parties, please."

This was probably the last months of my life. I should've fun right? enjoying each and every moments: going to parties, shoppings, going to concerts, traveling but here am I, inside our house, reading books, watching tv, eating, sleeping and waiting to die.

yes, I'm dying. disease? I don't have one, I'm a healthy person. depressed? not really, I'm not happy nor sad. I'm dying because of a tree, yes, a tree.

"But you should go, Iris. Just this one please? It's your last year on that school, after that, you'll gonna be a college student."

No, mom. It's my last year in this world, stop lying like you didn't know.

"Alright mom, I'll go."

I wear my usual outfit, crop top, high waist pants, and boots. I took my sweater and my key.
....

We're 5 km away from the venue, I parked the car and get inside. I stared at the venue.

"not bad, but I don't belong here" they're wearing gowns and I'm wearing pants.

"You're not lost, right?" some guy asked me while staring at my outfit.

"You're not here to insult me, right?" he laughed. He sat right over my sit.

"Not at all, you stand out among all of them."

"Of course, I'm the only one who's wearing a pants in this freakin' party!" I rolled my eye.

"Calm down. I'm Isaac Clared Geller." He offered me his hands.

"I'm not here to make friends."

"Then why are you here?"

"I don't even know why I'm here." I said looking to his eyes, he has brown eyes.

He stood up. He pulled me to the dance floor.

"Then we'll find out why you're here."

later on, I found myself, having fun with guy who unexpectedly talk to me.
